They put too much rice and hardly any meat in the burritos. Basically rice burritos chicken flavor.

Overcharged and underfed. Ordered a bowl and got a tiny portion of meat, so I asked for more and said I would pay for double meat if necessary. Didn't realize double meat bowl was over $20, when really I probably only got a single portion of meat with an ungodly amount of sour cream. This chipotle can be good when the right manager is on duty but it's a crapshoot, the other half of the time they're just serving up overly expensive bowls of sadness and tears. Do not recommend.

Paid almost 20 dollars to get miserable portions in my burrito bowl. Paid for double chicken, got less than one normal serving. Got guac just to get a tablespoon portion. This company has gone downhill.

The atmosphere was good and I went late in the evening and the place was all empty. The staff had started cleaning with all the food still out on the display. We could even see the cleaning entering the food items. For us, they used the fresh food from the refrigerator but then they didn't dispose the contaminated food. Also, for vegetarians, you have a good number of options but (spoiler alert ) they touch all the spoons to the food they are making for customers... So definitely a lot of cross handing happens.

This company is a joke. I placed an order and apparently the dasher cancelled it for some unknown reason. So I placed a second order, and then they sent the wrong food. Now it's 2.5 hours later and I still haven't been able to eat but I no longer have time because I have to go to work. On top of all that and already being extremely frustrated, they make it so you can't talk on the phone with any actual human being and you have to chat to get anything resolved. I talked to a supervisor over chat and he offered me a drink. Like, no thanks. Keep your drink. 😂

Definitely not giving the right portion of meat. Way less than they should be.
Super disrespectful. Walked in to get a bowl and the worker at the register came up and straight up sprayed me with windex trying to clean the counter. Felt super disrespected the guy didn’t even say sorry I couldn’t even get the bowel. I guess that’s what they pay the employees to do at this location.
