Why even stay open until 11 if no one is going to make food? Came in twice a few minutes after 10 and every kind of meat but 1 was gone and no one was bothering to make more. If you're not going to make food after 10 then close at 10.

6+ people working and 4 of them just stand around while 2 do all the work. Online order was supposed to be ready at 6pm didn’t come out til 6:22 after having to remind them multiple times. Not to mention with 4 people standing around the store was absolutely disgusting. There was no manager around to delegate the teenagers because they were in the back trying to keep up with online orders. As someone who works in the restaurant industry for 8 years I will never come back to this location mainly because of the uncleanliness.

Unbelievable how disgusting this chipotle was. There was food and trash on EVERY single table upon entrance. There was food scraps on the entire counter as we were getting our food and when I looked behind the counter there was trash all over the floors??? How. They were out of steak and guac and small chips. The chips we got were definitely a week old. The sauteed veggies were practically raw. I haven't gotten sick yet idk if I will, but just unbelievable I'm not joking I've never seen a restaurant let alone chipotle this disgusting. Low key pissed I wasted $23 here. Not going to this location again.

They put too much rice and hardly any meat in the burritos. Basically rice burritos chicken flavor.

Overcharged and underfed. Ordered a bowl and got a tiny portion of meat, so I asked for more and said I would pay for double meat if necessary. Didn't realize double meat bowl was over $20, when really I probably only got a single portion of meat with an ungodly amount of sour cream. This chipotle can be good when the right manager is on duty but it's a crapshoot, the other half of the time they're just serving up overly expensive bowls of sadness and tears. Do not recommend.

Paid almost 20 dollars to get miserable portions in my burrito bowl. Paid for double chicken, got less than one normal serving. Got guac just to get a tablespoon portion. This company has gone downhill.
