chocolate shoppe is good every time i go. the vegan options are awesome. i got the oreo cookie vegan option, i’ve had some others and those were good too. sherbet ice cream has never been my favorite so i cant recommend that. but they always have two “normal” options when i go. decent pricing and great ice cream!

I enjoyed going here the smell reminds me back in the day. I brought my counselor there with me and the staff was friendly and amazing. We will continue to come here I love the delicious ice cream for a woman who has a disability I was treated with respect.

I love chocolate shop and I never have a bad experience but I went in there yesterday and wasn’t greeted, all the teenagers lined up and stared at my family and I and I had to say something to them first so they could get us ice cream no “what can I get for you” nothing just staring at me and my family. We got our ice cream and I was get cashed out and she rang us up and just stared at me didn’t tell me the total didn’t tell me she was ready for payment nothing, I had to say how much is it? Are you ready for the payment. Very disappointed I’m not sure if it’s cause there teenagers or what but it’s not that hard to talk to people and do your job.

Best ice cream in Wisconsin! I come here for every occasion, family time, first dates, after school treat, study sessions, or trying the seasonal flavors! I have the same amazing experience at every location across town.

Great place! My server, medium-height guy with short brown hair in tan shirt and gray cap with lots of pins on it, was very helpful, well mannered, and fast, and, most importantly, filled my double waffle cone to a decent height with ice cream. If I'm paying $8.50, I want a hefty amount. And that I received. Good, clean inside. Music not too loud. Amazing ice cream, as always. Couldn't have been better for such a hot summer day.

Always my favorite place to have ice cream when I am in Madison each year! I also love that they are at the Concert on the Square. Always a large variety of flavor selections. The staff are friendly and helpful!
