Ordered a cake for my daughter’s 11th birthday. Omg. The decorations were amazing. With very little information to go on, they created a beautiful cake. We chose the flower theme and the colors of purple, orange, yellow and black. And made a note that she is having a cat themed party and loves Halloween colors and asked if they could fit a black cat on there. The cake was perfect! Thank you so much!

Very nice staff. Lots of flavors. I got a waffle cone and one scoop.. but the guy gave me half one flavor and half another so I could try two without buying two scoopsGood amount of seating

Ice cream is decent, though not stellar. Minus one star as I was disappointed in the size of the scoops. I got two scoops in a dish and looked down to see two small scoops, not at all filling the cup - could still see a lot of the bottom of the cup!

I went on a weekday evening after 8. The place still had some traffic, but not crazy. I got the street side parking. There were a good number of seats inside and outside. I went for a flight. this s$@! Just got serious was my favorite flavor. Zanzibar chocolate seems to be the favorite flavor in general. I took that as well. I liked it, but it was a bit too chocolatey for me. Banana cream pie and caramel chaos were my other flavors, and they were good as well. Ice cream was really rich and creamy. I loved it, and will be returning to try other flavors.

So who wouldn't recommend the chocolate shop. Great flavor line-up... always plenty of choices... but how do you get beyond the chocolate Zanzibar!Oh if they have the Bourbon Pecan... get that with the chocolate Zanzibar!

Great, full selection, fully staffed, clean, and delicious! I can only find the Chocolate Shoppe in Wisconsin, any time I come to town to see my Grandparents I stop at a Chocolate Shoppe location for ice cream! Superman ice cream is the best!

Oh my, the ice cream here is so delicious!! And the one scoop option was actually two scoops, we were very happy with the large portions lol The servers were quick and professional too! This was one of the highlights to our trip to Madison!
