My mom and I were picky customers taking at least 5 minutes to decide but the man at the counter was friendly and patient and suggesting flavors based on our preferences and feedback after the samples. He helped craft my ice cream and the store lets you add nuts or Oreos or chocolate as toppings. Also they make their waffle bowls in-house and it was tasty. Also had nondairy options with oat milk which I considered but the coconut ice cream was also good

Ice creams were very delicious. Lots of yummy options! But portions sizes were WAYYY too huge. I was having a small cup of S'mores ice cream for over an hour? but it was top good! Worth the money!

Chocolate Shoppe ice cream is my absolute favorite! So delicious and the best flavors. I always get chocolate peanut butter cup or Zanzibar. This location tends to be a little iffy on customer service. The employees can be kinda rude and seem like they don't wanna be there. One of them had AirPods in and didn't say a word to the whole time (ordering, scooping, checking out). Limited seating inside. Overall, the iffy service and seating isn't really that big of a deal if you're just looking to get some delicious ice cream and take it to go!

Soooooo good. My friends and I come here all the time. Their ice cream selection is through the roof, and their cakes are amazing if you are down to clown. :3 Service is always amazing, and they are really kind and patient, even when it's busy. There is indoor and outdoor seating and there is a really pretty mural painted inside the actual restaurant. Love it here. Xoxo

We went to this location on Saturday to celebrate ICE CREAM FOR BREAKFAST Day! The ice cream treats were delicious, but the people working there were the real treat! Friendly and kind and respectful. They were just lovely and it truly made my heart happy to witness these younger people enjoying taking care of their customers! Thank you!

Never visited and unlikely to ever get to Wisconsin to try. But I've ordered the Black Licorice ice cream shipped to me twice now, and expect to continue to do so. This is the best incarnation of it I've found - I'm one of those people who have spent decades trying to hunt down a successor to the original Baskin-Robbins licorice ice cream (which, I'm told, was oddly white in colour). Not much demand out there apparently, but as a true black licorice fan I had to give it a try when I found Chocolate Shoppe. They've shipped me two orders which were well-packed for travel, cartons were intact, and ice cream was fresh and cold. I can heartily recommend the flavour (if you're a real licorice fan, not some red plastic licorice wannabe-fan) and expect to keep returning for more myself (I may even try the Dark Chocolate). It's great!!!
Came here for some ice cream! Ended up with my basic though always tasty combo of cookie dough and chocolate. Wish the chocolate was a bit more rich (would have gotten with the dark chocolate option maybe). Overall still tasty ice cream. Would get the apple pie next time, I tasted it and liked it
