If you can get over the apathetic moody teenagers who seem unhappy to be at work, the ice cream is still what you would expect and there is a large tranquil backyard sitting area near a giant unruly garden vista to enjoy it.

It was the best ice cream place I've had ever tasted my favorite flavor was electric watermelon and the original vanilla. It was basically the first place we went to when when we got here. Also the service was really good.🌟

My favorite ice cream shop in Madison. My daughter and I stop here whenever we come visit my sister. She loves the cotton candy twist. Their flavors here are wonderful and the employees are so welcoming and friendly!

The far case always has at least 4 vegan options. My favorites are peanut buddy oat and blue moon oat.

I have lived here my whole life. At 65, I can say that in my experience - this is the best. ( unless I make my own....)

I've always been a fan of Chocolate Shoppe but after the 2024 Cone Crawl, they have my loyalty for life. From Sun Prairie to Middleton, I enjoyed NINE mini cones of delicious ice cream. Blackberry Lemon Bar was by far my favorite. In fact, I took home a pint of that delightful flavor. The Cone Crawl was such a generous offering and all of the employees were so friendly. Even during the chaos of the crawl. Thanks, Chocolate Shoppe for a super fun Sunday day full of ice cream! ?????

Chocolate Shoppe catered our wedding dessert and they were completely perfect! They bring a truck with about ten flavors including 1-2 DF flavors, and scoop into dishes or cones. The guests loved it on a hot, summer day, and it felt a lot more memorable than cake. They were super easy to work with in booking the event and the employee who worked our event was so kind. It was a huge hit and the ice cream was, of course, delicious! We would definitely book them again for a large event and would recommend them to friends.
