Einstein Bros. Bagels

Two days in a row..just discovered this place on way to visit at hospital..we loved their bagels/ coffee and especially their morning customer service person 😀

I’ve been coming here for the past few days for the cold brew shakes and everyone has always been so kind and lovely. I spoke with Glenn this morning and he recognized me and my order after only three or four days and gave me some wonderful recommendations. Thank you for always have a positive attitude and being so kind! I’ll definitely be back :)

Einstein bagels are SO good, I only wish they were closer so I could grab one every morning.

Agree with the other comments: very kind and friendly manager and staff! Also one time when I was in a hurry they noticed and kindly made my bagel extremely quickly. Thanks for the excellent service!

One of the best places I have ever visited, I have been there for a while, And I had never seen how happy customers come to this place, the treatment and attention to the public are high, Many people go there, have breakfast, share and then leave. But in my mind remains the memory of how happy people are there. The team is very competent, they are very coordinated, there are many kind people. If you go there you will recognize the manager very easily.

I love to come here to relax with some breakfast and a book. The staff is so sweet and very friendly. They keep the shop clean and the atmosphere is great.

This is a fantastic Einsteins. I've been going here regularly for several years and staff has been essentially the same the whole time. They've clearly got a good manager who creates a good work environment and keeps employees around. Keep up the good work guys.

I hate to give a one star review to this place, but my wife and I shared a nova lox earlier and we are now both suffering from obvious food poisoning symptoms. I do think this store needs to do some retraining as far as how to store and prep food safely. We will not be returning :/

Really great space. I had a mixed-up order and the staff were very accommodating, even going so far as to remember my order for the next time so it wouldn't happen again! The lines when I've been there have never been too bad, but I think it's just because they are a very fast group of workers :)
