I just have to say we received a wonderful surprise from Colectivo today. We don’t live close to any of the stores, so I usually order my coffee online. It’s free delivery if you order several bags and it comes quickly, too!
Today I received a small box and inside was a surprise from Colectivo! A bag of coffee and a festive thank you card🎄Where do you actually get a gift from a business? What a touch of class from this fantastic company!

The atmosphere is cozy and not loud, the staff is very polite and helpful, and the peppermint fluff latte is delicious. It’s not too sweet or too bitter and I got it iced. They were able to make the hot cocoa not too hot for the kids and we found a seat right away. Also, the prices are affordable and fit the drinks perfectly.

One of the nicest coffee spots in Madison. Decent coffee, good flavours and food. Service is nice, but the ambiance is what gets me. Pretty nice to get a warm or cold beverage at a cozy place, and do some work while enjoying nice music.

Some of the best drinks around! Seriously love the smoked vanilla mocha, it may be my all time favorite drink. Fun decor in the shop too, friendly staff, and fairly quick despite a long line on a busy Saturday.

Ordered two drinks that came out 15 minutes apart from each other. When the baristas were asked where the second drink was, they were not interested in helping me get the second drink.
Lots of seating and the vibes are very chill! I got a jasmine iced tea and it was perfect. So many times it can be bitter, but it was perfect here!

As someone from Oregon, I know woke coffee establishments and this does a good job at mimicking the overall feel. I loved the grilled cheese, but they give you chips with it 😑. The coffee is tasty, but it is far too expense for the quantity. I’d go there on break from across the street

It contains oats, coconut, pecans, and chocolate bits.
