Wait times are notoriously long, especially for food. If you go there with nothing else to do, you're fine. If you've got something to do, it's not so convenient

Amazing experience all around!

These baristas don’t stand a chance against this hell-fire brewed dirt coffee. Colectivo consistently has some of the nastiest most burnt coffee I’ve ever had in my life. The baristas do their best but no milk in the world can cover the taste of burnt dirt

This is another fantastic Colectivo location. Significantly less busy that the one that is on the Capitol Square, especially during Farmers Market season when it can get to be a little crazy. Overall this location has amble seating, and a great outdoor patio. The coffee is the same as all the other colectivo location as to say very good! It is also close to all the other interesting shops along State Street.

I can't comprehend why a coffee shop in 2024 is still playing the Avett Brothers, Fitz and the Tantrums, and various other artists that were on heavy rotation at the Current during the peak of Occupy Wall Street. If we're time traveling, then coffee should be $1.59

Excellent place to have a delicious coffee with an incredible view, the coffee is definitely of the highest quality and their bakery is delicious, there is nothing that I don't crave and I recommend the chai, the employees are super friendly and cute, I would return without hesitation It's much better than Starbucks ?

I used to live in Milwaukee and had wonderful experiences at their locations. While visiting Madison, I gave this location a try. I will never come back. Worst service I’ve ever had at a coffee shop. Waiting 40 minutes for two coffees - unreal.If you are going to be this delayed in your service, I recommend informing customers of the time wait before they place orders. Another recommendation is temporarily disabling the ‘mobile order’ option if you cannot serve the customers in front of you inside the shop. The number of ‘mobile orders’ that were fulfilled before the in-store orders gave an extremely unwelcoming feeling for the customers.

I've been coming to this location to have a drink of coffee and work for an hour before getting lunch between classes. Started out fine, but the service has really gone downhill the last month. Last week I had to ask for my drink to be made after waiting 45 minutes (30 minutes after the expected completion); and today I left after being unable to load my email after 15 minutes.The atmosphere is great, the coffee what you'd expect from Collectivo, and I haven't had any issues from the servers themselves.
