Common Pasta is great food, honestly, nothing common about the food here. The Ragu was amazing, I particularly loved the focaccia and I got the cookie too because why not? It was great, heavy on the chocolate chips which I really liked. Service is nice, and fast which is a sweet spot for fresh food. It's right in the square, so you can grab your lunch, people watch, and just have a chill lunch under the trees or on the Capitol Park.

I really love their Ragu pasta! This is a food car at that parks itself on the capital. You can also get Italian soda there. The wait is not too bad at all.

Here's the thing, the macaroni isn't your standard thick and creamy mac and cheese. The sauce is thinner but definitely no less creamy. The flavor is savory, cheesy and a little sweet. I absolutely loved it! If it's not your thing I would understand, but I very much will be back. This was for the food truck at the christmas market in paoli.

I was encouraged by the rating but very disappointed by the food. I ordered Mac and cheese. I didn’t think I could not like Mac and cheese. This is not for me, soupy cheese that was sickly sweet, the sausage had good flavor but the rest was unappetizing to me. Now I am hungry with no time for other food between meetings.

Dreamy! Flavor is almost beyond words. The meat in the Ragu is amazing; tender, flavorful and generous amounts. The Mac-n-Cheese is creamy with a sweet hint. $10 a dish is so reasonable! My new favorite place ❤️ staff is friendly and I love the bucks hat.

Wow, super fresh pasta with quality ingredients, great flavors, and decent portion sizes. Delicious pasta and slice of focaccia bread for under $12, I’d get this place weekly if I worked/lived nearby.

Best food cart on the square. Even their tomatoes taste good in the dead of winter. Small selection but what they do they do so well. Generally very quick. Focaccia ISD bouncy and chewy and moist. Absolute perfection. I hope these two get a sit down soon!
