Stellar service compared to Monona location and a really good location regardless. I have to thank the staff there and they are not only good but they're comical and I couldn't help but laugh and smile over a bad incident at a different location. We made light of it and they made great sandwiches. Want to say thanks again to these guys and gal here

My wife and I ordered meal deals at 7:50 PM and I walked to the store to pick them up, only to discover the lobby closed at 8. I was not able to get the attention of any staff and no one picked up when I called the store's number. I ended up having to call my wife to come in her car so we could pick up at the drive thru. If the store won't allow a pick up order, it should make that clear on the website.
The food was still good.

Genuinely had one of the worst weekends of the year. Stopped here at random and asked the cashier at the moment to ditto his regular order. It was a Wisconsin Philly with parm bread and lots of mayo. Genuinely one of the best subs I’ve ever had. Really brought my mood back up from my otherwise ridiculously shitty weekend.

The manager Cory & and his staff are the best. You can always count on everything being fresh from the vegetables, chicken tenders, fries, cold or hot sandwiches and the soups. They get my orders correct every time!
The portion for the fries & small drink was very little and it cost 18.00 thats a lot for cousins sub

This store is always impeccably clean! Food is so fresh. Manager Nate made triple sure we got the best deal. Love their outdoor seating as well!

Went through the drive through and got sandwiches for 3. I've had their subs and always enjoy them. It was a first visit for my bestie and my daughter. They were BLOWN AWAY! I it's now their favorite place to get subs! Yes, there are other places you can go, but Cousins is unique in their flavors and textures. I'm not knocking any other place, though I'm not a fan of a certain major chain, but I just prefer cousins.
