This is my go-to coffee shop to do any work that I have to get done. As a law student, I have so much work to do and very little energy to do it. Crescendo has amazing drinks and food, the staff is so friendly and kind, and it has a fantastic atmosphere that I can spend hours in. I often will visit to sit and work for hours, and the staff has no problem. I LOVE this place!
It was just… okay? I was really disappointed because it wasn’t what I thought it would be.Coffee: not strong flavor at all. Not strong sweet flavor and not strong coffee flavor so it ended up just being bland. I got two both with different syrups and you couldn’t taste the syrup flavor AT ALL. Hazelnut is a pretty strong flavor too and I didn’t taste a thing. Something to be said about the fact that I can make better coffee at home…Food: OKAY. Very pricey but only thing that was worth it was the “treehugger”. Felt like the only draw to their toast options was that they had super thick bread.Best part was just the shop itself looking good. ALSO I’m seeing people get these cute plates and cups. I ordered for there NOT TO GO and got paper plate, plastic clear cup, and warm to go cup. Not the vibe. Expected more considering I made a pretty lofty order of $40+ dollars.

Stopped by for a snack while running errands. We got the bean burrito and the pesto egg sandwich. Both were good, pretty standard coffee shop food. Small portions but accurate for the price. This is a nice place to take a break from the cold at Hildale.

Espresso drinks were very weak. It seemed like they weren’t using much espresso in them. Maybe splitting their doubles in half and only using a single dose per drink. At least for the 8oz sized lattes.

go often. There are seasonal menus so you can try new dishes. Both cold brew and latte are delicious. It's located in Hilldale, so it's easily accessible and great for sitting and reading or doing homework. Latest winter menu my wife recommends: egg nog

I had a pumpkin spice latte (upon the barista’s recommendation) and really enjoyed it. Though the price was a bit steep ($5.64 for a 12oz), both the coffee and the atmosphere were great. There was music playing in the background, but it was still a good place to read or get some work done.

When I stepped to the counter to order, the barista did not greet me or ask what I wanted to order. I waited patiently until she looked ready to take my order, but she rudely asked “what do you want?” before returning her attention to the coworker she was chatting with. She did not seem friendly or focused on her task at hand. My tea and scone were delicious, though.

I enjoy the contemporary look of Crescendo Espresso Bar. It is a nice place to study, and it can get lively depending on what time you go on the day.The staff is also incredibly nice! I happened to purchase an iced chai tea latte which I spilled outside when I had to take a call (silly me...). However, the staff was nice to make another chai as I had just bought it a couple of minutes before it spilled. Thank you :)
