Kurtilius, the GM was especially impressive and so nice/easy to work with. I'm fairly sure he filled our order for 80 himself. Great guy, great team, please support this business.

The truth is, their food is very delicious, but the customer service is super bad, I came to eat and I liked the food, but when I tried their fresh waters... I almost vomited, it's not that it tasted bad, it was rotten, and I I told the workers, and they did nothing. I would eat again, but I would never return for one of their fresh waters. Don't try the jalapeño fresh waters.

Salad is ok. For almost $20, I would think it would be enough to share or really good. It was neither. The people working were very nice. I feel like it’s the subway of salads. Only more expensive.

I had a salad- ended up costing just under $15, which seemed a bit high. The choice of ingredients and quality of ingredients was really good. The salad was too big for me to finish but my 16 year old son and husband had no trouble. I appreciate a healthier option on the road. The service at this location was kind but slow moving.
Vegetarian options: They had chicken, shrimp, cheese and eggs. Everything else was vegan/vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegan and vegetarian options
Kid-friendliness: My son enjoyed his acai bowl.

Great selection of fresh greens and veggies. The staff took time with my elderly mother to help her get something she really loved. Rise and Grind smoothie was delicious.

I got the Teriyaki Grain bowl and am now addicted. The food was delicious, filling, and full of all the veggies, grains and lean proteins I was looking for. The Acia bowl's mango sorbet is super yummy and big enough to share. Love that I have a healthy fast option near by!

I prefer curbside pickup which this restaurant does not have but I have never come across a new restaurant that such a heavy outside door that I can't open it. I mentioned it to an employee who acted like he could care less.
Wheelchair accessibility: The front door is so heavy to open I couldn't and I was using a walker which I was strong enought to lift out of the trunk. There is no button or assist to open it.

my family and i just walked out because we wanted two wraps: simple..at the end of the line somebody else came to roll my wrap. he couldn’t roll it because the tortilla broke so he took half of my toppings out, wiped his hands on his apron, tried to roll it again but he still couldn’t roll it. so he walked away to grab more gloves. then more of my toppings spilled on the floor. he grabbed a new tortilla then squished my toppings in his hand onto my tortilla. i was visibly disgusted, so my boyfriend had spoke up for me and said “hey man could you just make another one, you’ve handled that like 4 times already and already took a bunch out, can we just start over?” dude got super mad- went to the beginning of the line and shouted “what yall want?” with a huge attitude so we left. as we were leaving he shouted “bye” with a bigger attitude. i hope his manager talks to him about customer service & the fact that he doesn’t own this business- so he probably shouldn’t act as such.

This place is so cute! The staff was very kind and helpful, and the food was so fresh! I googled "vegan food near me", and this popped up. I'm happy to have another place in Madison where I can eat healthy food when I visit (They have a full menu with meat options, so omnivores are safe ?)

The food is good, the order was right, but they DO NOT accept cash. Really screwed me over since I don’t carry cards, but the employees were helpful and made an exception since I had exact change. Probably won’t be going back though, not accepting cash is ridiculous.
