Ok so we've been coming for a while because when this location first open, we were so happy good tasting healthy food was finally in the area. Unfortunately both the service and food quality has dwindled consistently. The orders keep getting messed up, protien missed, and the customer service has been absolutely terrible! There isn't a friendly greeting, there isn't a repeat back of my order, and more unfortunate is being completely forgotten about all together. The manager on staff seems completely fed up, where my input just goes in one ear and out the other! This is our last time having this awful in house experiences! The tables as well are FILTHY! Good luck!

This is the 3rd time we've waited at the counter to order, while the staff had there backs to us texting on their phones. No one greeted us, and again for the past 3 visits items were missing from our Bowls we ordered. Honestly, the service is awful and the attitude of everyone working is like they don't care!Everytime it's a huge disappointment!!!!

So happy to have a healthy place to go on my lunch breaks! I ordered online for pickup. The ingredients all look fresh and the portion size is really nice. It's a nice filling salad. My only complaint is that dressing was not included with my food, even though I had ordered it. But I understand it's a new location, and they are still working through the kinks. Just check your bag if you're picking up! Overall 4.5/5

The chicken tastes funky. When this place first opened, I would frequent 1-2 times a week. Before today, the last time I was there was well before the holidays. The chicken tasted funky that day. Today I tried it once more, still funky. Spinach isn’t fresh (slimy). This place has so much potential. But if fresh salads are your thing, make sure all ingredients are truly fresh.

Ate here yesterday for the first time and really enjoyed the food. The guy making the salads was nice but somewhere off in left field. I asked for no tomatoes in my salad and he literally made it with tomatoes over and over again and had to start over multiple times. My wife also asked for chicken instead of tofu and that didn't happen either. Also had the total wrong at the end. Didn't make a fuss as it's first world problems and I'm sure he was trying his best but it certainly gave us pause. Will be back though!
I love this place! One of the few places where you can get a whole food plant-based (WFPB) meal in Madison. There are so many great choices but my favorite is the Seoul Bowl - that bibimbap sauce is soooo good!

I am a HUGE fan of Crisp & Green. The Madison location, like the several other locations I've visited, is fantastic. The restaurant is always clean, the service is great, and the food is soooooo good. My only complaint is that there aren't more Crisp & Greens around! I live in LaCrosse, WI, and we would love one here!

I really like the menu options and some of the food has been good. However, one time the rice was overcooked and crispy. Another time two of the grain bowls I ordered had no chicken on them like they were supposed to. I ordered takeout, so I didn't realize this until I got home. I want to like this restaurant and will probably go back, but I hope the quality of the food becomes more consistent like some of the items that I've ordered.
