My family and I decided to take a drive too Madison today. My husband stated let’s eat some Mexican food. We are not from here so I googled Mexican food and this place popped up. We read some of the reviews and decide to go. The ambience was very nice and the staff was very nice and professional. The FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AND I AM SO FULL. Thank You to the staff!!!

One of my favorite places. I've spent hundreds of dollars here. This time the server ignores me with a smile and then tells the owner I was being mean to her and to have me banned because of an previous incident with someone else even after I explained that it was not me who she is referring to

Get the chicken Chimichangas...seriously just get them. Best Mexican on the East side that we've found so far. Mostly order carry out but not bad interior for dining. Super casual.
I really love the vibes and music. The staff was very nice. The food is just alright though. I kinda had higher expectation. My salad was good but I found one strand of hair in it. Lost my appetite right then. ? Burrito needs a bit more spiciness, in my opinion. The sauce tasted just like spaghetti sauce. And the meat was a bit too salty. The only thing I liked a lot was piña colada! Very creamy and refreshing!

It was our first time at Cuco's. Since moving to Madison about a year ago, we have been looking for a great restaurant that had Mexican food for a while. Many in the area are good. But, this was very familiar to us. It reminded us of a restaurant that we have missed since moving here.The food was great! Most importantly, the service was fantastic! They were very welcoming and accommodating. Whatever we needed, it wasn't a problem. Plus, they were very kind too. We have already been telling family about it. We are looking forward to coming back already!

I have always had good meals at Cuco’s but tonight was exceptional. I lived in Arizona, and my expectations for Mexican food are high. My enchiladas were quite authentic. Even the rice and beans were just right—flavorful, but not too spicy. A nice dinner complimented with a refreshing margarita. What could be better?! This not a spot for ambiance, however, if that is what you’re seeking. Just good food.

I've driven past this place for 5 years on my way home from work and finally decided to stop with my partner for dinner and margs and I genuinely wish I hadn't waited so long to stop! The food is great, the drinks were strong and the service was impeccable. Will definitely be back and recommending this place to everyone!

Great local and authentic Mexican restaurant. Kid's meals were tasty and well proportioned. My wife said the chicken chimichanga was the best she's ever had. The molcajete was phenomenal - amazing blend of flavors. Everything was very rich and flavorful - no Midwest boring here! The flan is rich and creamy and sweet. FYI, it is the southern-style flan with cream cheese in it. The kids were thrilled with their fried ice cream. Service was leisurely, but not annoyingly slow. Just don't go if you're in a rush, and you'll be fine.
