If you are going to ask people to wait for food in the drive through, you should ideally make sure they get it. Going through the drive through typically means people are looking for a quicker experience because they are in the process of their day. Asking if the food should be remade because you could not find the person due to an internal error and making it take even longer is unacceptable. Not the first time this has happened. I have only ever had this happen at this specific location. And the staff seems to think it is not that big of a deal.

20 min wait in the drive thru stalls for a burger and fries. People ordering after me received their food before I did. I think my food was ready and it got forgotten on the counter. Runners seemed disorganized and it seemed like a different person to each car. 1-2 devoted runners would seem like a more efficient system. I’m also used to a “thanks have a nice day!” when I get my food and she said nothing to me when handing me the bag.

There was a moth flying around. My husband killed it. Ordered 2 grilled chicken value meals and the sandwiches were chewy and dry. My other daughter’s cheeseburger was over cooked. The lemonade was out. Worst Culver’s experience ever. Spent over $50.
This is a busy Culver’s on the west side of Madison. The team here is very courteous and kind. I specifically want to shout out Terrance, the man is just beautiful and so full of light. Amber , who has such kindness and care even in the simplest of moments. And Caryn! What a lovely woman . I work across the street and just moved here and this location seems to have the right leadership when they have a team that works so closely and hard together. I thank them.

Culver’s in Middleton, WI is a great well run restaurant. The food was tasty, warm and well prepared with excellent service. The parking lot gets a little tight. The strawberry ice cream was pretty good.

Culver's is almost always busy, but has a full team of professional cooks, servers, cashiers and other team members that consistently provides excellent service -- and arguably, the entire staff consists of young men and women that are teaching themselves skills they will need for the future.
Always great service at this location.
