consistent bad quality and wait times. understandable that drive thru gets priority but curdside orders seem to take double the time. not to mention my order has been wrong more often than not. I don't like this store.

Was in town and stopped by for an early dinner. Elected to order the fish dinner and ask for no salt on the French Fries.
The person taking my order was an experienced associate of the location and that gave me confidence in the food would be prepared correctly.
Number of Culver's folks standing around based on their embroidered shirts saying Culver's.
The dinner didn't come with a beverage and I wasn't prepared for that but it's their call.
Ordered a drink and this location like others have gone with Coke products.
Had to ask for a receipt and took my table topper to a booth.
On the way selected a beverage and obtained a lid, straw and napkins.
Then the wait started.
Saw many people order and they got their food delivered to their table and the drive through was busy as well.
Food on a tray arrived and I noticed the Cole Slaw, a roll and sealed butter and container of tartar sauce.
Fish was hot and had lots of grease and the grease took away from the taste.
Coke Slaw was good, portion size was small.
Returned to the beverage bar and filled up my cup and glanced at the menu board and noticed my 'dinner' did come with fries.
Set my drink down and back to the counter to ask why. Good thing I had my receipt.
I had to explain to the counter person that I was missing the fries. The person who took my order was in the area and didn't say anything about it.
Then another wait for the fries to be delivered.
This time period allowed me to finish my fish dinner with the exception of the roll.
The roll was cold and wasn't fresh. My guess is it came out of the freezer and was placed on my tray.
Fries and the receipt were delivered and no comment from anyone about the order.
Again, there was a person who was wearing a Culver's shirt sitting across the way from my table.
My guess is that they are too busy or just don't care.

I love everything about Culvers, except their Cheese Curds. I can’t believe a Wisconsin based establishment has such below average Curds. They batter is way to thick, seasoned like mozz sticks and not a curd. Honestly a place like Culvers should be making these fresh to order from scratch and not from frozen. If they are frozen then they need to have beer battered curds at a minimum. I have brought this up before but they don’t care, there $ is the same. Way better options available from Ellsworth, Kalsheur’s, Monroe. Take a note from the Curd Girl food cart, the curds that A&W or DQ or the Riv in Sauk have.
