Wasn't impressed with this location. So many staff members were just standing around. I ordered online for pickup and still had to wait an additional 20+ minutes from the time it said it'd be ready (most likely forgotten about based on the events that occurred later). This was at 4pm as well and it wasn't even busy. We decided to just dine in and the food was already room temp since apparently our bag was sitting by drive thru for however long and no one bothered to tell us the food was ready even though a staff member was aware we were there for pick up and my husband was just standing there by the registers waiting--he finally inquired again about our food being ready and that's when the guy waltzed over to drive thru and grabbed it. The majority of tables were dirty too and I had to wipe ours down. Then, the single scoop ice cream we ordered after our mediocre meal took nearly 15 minutes to arrive at our table. Just overall disappointed with this visit. Usually, we really enjoy the service/food you typically get going to a Culver's but not at this location. Will not return to this location.

March 26, 2024Hardworking employees at this location. I ordered a “The Culver’s Deluxe” burger. It tasted good but it didn’t get me full because of how little their burgers are. Personally, I’ll go to Burger King. They have better food, my opinion.

I think Culver's is a fine restaurant. I think that there are better options than Culver's, but the pretzel balls are good and the custard is pretty good. I wouldn't go out of way to go here.

I ordered a double deluxe burger meal, cheese curds, and a chocolate malt.The burger patties are thin which gives the patties a nice texture when cooked. The burger had good flavour and wasn't too salty. The lettuce and tomato seemed fresh. The burger was a decent size.The fries are nicely salted. They weren't crispy but that could be because they spent time in a closed bag.The cheese curds are cheddar and were nicely fried. For fast food, they were what I expected.The malt was really good. I enjoyed it more than I had expected to.I would easily place this above most fast food places in terms of taste and quality. They are closer to a Smashburger than a more traditional burger.

I'm originally from California and I was in McDonald's kid lol!The moment I discovered Culver's I dropped McDonald's ?I had a goal 25 years ago to visit all of the Culver's in Wisconsin, then they grew lol!I'm just a big fan of Culver's I've yet to have a disappointing experience or meal from any Culver's that I visited in the state of Wisconsin so far.
Congratulations to the administrators of Culvers, they offered me good attention in service, kindness and very delicious food. Please continue to provide excellent service to Wisconsin families.

Everything was great inside the restaurant. The service was quick and friendly, the restaurant was clean and the food was good. I gave it 4 stars because of parking. The designated spaces are WAY too small. I drive a small SUV. A Jeep parked on one side and another SUV parked on the other side. We were all parked in the center of our spaces. My granddaughter (who is almost 2) and I had to squeeze into the vehicle and then drive to a neighboring lot so I could hook her into her car seat. I understand the need for more parking, but when an averaged size 2 year old can barely get into a vehicle, the space is too small.Parking: See review.
