Got a water cup and filled it less than half with a soft drink as I didn’t want to waste a nice cup. Got harassed by the employees and got my not even half filled cup taken away from me. Use to live going here, spend so much money every week here but the service and quality has gone down.

Ordered from here through Uber Eats twice. I did not get my full order either time. Uber blames Culvers, Culvers blames Uber. Neither business will give me a full refund for the missing items. Once might be an accident but twice feels like a scam. They can take your money and point the finger at someone else for the mistake to sidestep any sort of accountability.

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with extra mayo. The brought me a butter knife and a packet of mayonnaise. Lol really, the guy making the sandwich can't slap some on there? I guess I'll take the sandwich apart in my car and finish making it for them. Talk about minimum effort.
