As with other Culver’s locations, the food is always great. We had a similar situation where the wait time was long, but we could tell the place was busy.
What stood out was that the team members consistently checked on me and made sure my order was being processed. I don’t mind waiting. It is just that not having any information about the wait can make it feel frustrating. Despite being busy, the service was still excellent!
I always like Culver's food. But this location has horrible service. Waited over 15 minutes after my order, only to find out that they hadn't even started it yet. They said they were short-staffed, but there were 8 people standing behind the counter not doing much. If the kitchen is short-staffed, it seems they should be training others standing around for the kitchen! :(

Culver's burgers are always excellent, but my favorite part of going to Culver's with my husband is he can get his cheese curds and honey mustard and I can get fries and cheese sauce.
