On Saturday 9/20 I ordered a cheese mushroom single burger. My initial bite was so disappointing. The amount of salt in it made me puke. I usually favor Culver’s burger over other fast foods. Please no added salt. The cheese has salt already. Culver’s must be mindful of healthy eating!

Absolutely ridiculous. I sat in the drive-thru for over 25 minutes waiting on ONE burger, and I never even got it. I could literally see one of the workers casually wandering around holding the bag that was clearly mine, and they just didn’t care. No urgency, no apology, no effort to fix it. If this is how they run things, then this place is a joke. I’ll take my money somewhere that actually respects their customers’ time.

Ordered Strawberry Fields salad and chocolate shake. The cashier remembered exactly what was in the salad without looking when I asked. The guy who delivered it at least tried to smile and be helpful. The food tasted fresh and delicious. Grilled chicken on the salad was a nice surprise. Shake was smooth, creamy, and chocolaty. Everything I expected from Culver's. They didn't miss a beat. Well done.

Culver's is fantastic, however every time I go to this location lately, something is messed up on the order or something is missing, 10+ times. The staff is very nice, but it would be much nicer to receive what I paid for. This is the only culver's where I have this problem constantly.

I’m fairly disappointed tonight. I came by to grab some ice cream and got four pints. Two chocolate and two vanilla. I got home and started dishing the vanilla custard to find bits of some kind of insect. I’ve been eating Culver’s for years and have always enjoyed the ice cream. But after spending that much on ice cream to find it’s soiled, it’s just disgusting and disappointing.

Top tier cheese curds and service! This is what Culver’s should be.
This is my first time eating at this location. I ordered a deluxe burger w/ cheese curds, 4 piece buffalo tenders and a soda. My level of dissatisfaction with the food is at an all time high. I get home which is literally 4 minutes away and my tenders are literally ice cold. My burger was barely warm.
After spending $25 of course I’m upset and had to leave my home again to complain and get my meal repaid. Thankfully the manager was friendly and understanding so it was an easy exchange. They remade my food on gave me a free meal voucher. But, I say all that to say check your food prior to pulling off the drive through unless you’re willing to make a 2nd trip.
Service is always friendly and quick. Food is great!
Remember to take a few dollar bills to leave as tips for the wait staff. I always forget!!!!
Kid-friendliness: Kids seem to love an outing at this place. Probably because of the cream and blizzard like choices.
Wheelchair accessibility: Far as I know, all their locations are wheelchair accessible.

This place is definitely One the Best locations I visited yet hands down. Everyone greeted me individually. Like I was a prince or something 😂 service and food made to perfection. 😆 Definitely didn't expect it. Not sure anyone would be caught out here but I did and I am happy I made the stop.
