Nathan helped our family today set up twon large tables and clean the seats and tables off. Such a pleasant young man who was very kind and model employee willing to serve his guests. Kudos to Nathan.Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly!
The food is usually ok but they can’t get orders correct or on time.They were late bringing my order out (by 15 min) and then forgot 2 items in my order!I called and the manager was supposed to send coupons and never did. They don’t seem to care about their customers.

The staff are ROCK STARS! Never ever get my order wrong. Know me by name, always smiling. Food is hot and delicious without fail! Shakes are always on point even with a complicated specialty order! Management is stellar! The true hearts of really caring about their store and customers is felt in all they do!!! Keep up the bar setting work y'all ?
OG FR BRUH. it's og, there's nothing else to be said, if you haven't indulged then all you gotta be aware of is not OVER INDULGING CAUSE OF HOW GOOD THE ICE CREAM IS (and select burgers, the butter burger makes everyone's stomach turn up on hearing it, you'll get used to it, no it's not what I'm referring to in terms of it's good sides, LOOK PAST THE BUTTER BURGER, and I feel you'll be satisfied, warning. A bit pricy ova here

I love Culvers but last 3 times I’ve been to this location they got my order wrong. Last time I didn’t even get a bun on my chicken filet. I hate that this location also charges for any side of sauce, like ranch. This location is pretty sad.

Seeds every time I go to this particular Culver's by East Towne emplloyes are in great spirits and are very happy.Dietary restrictions: I just know that they have a dietitian poster showing the different grams of fat and calories just like basically any other fast food restaurants.Parking: Lot's of it
The burgers on this Sunday evening were sloppy, but ok. My cheese curds came out super late, after I finished eating the rest of my meal. I can't even say that it was busy. They did however give us two free scoops of custard for the inconvenience. Then the custard was gritty and full of ice crystals, so whoever was in charge of making the custard today wast doing something wrong. Most Culver's locations would get a five out five so getting a 3 is pretty bad.
