This specific location never seems to carry custard anytime after 9 pm! Very frustrating that this has happened multiple times and every time we voice our concerns the managers seem to not care. We live closest to this location but now have to drive to the Sun Prairie location.

Arrived and 5 people were huddled talking ignoring me. Finally got my food drove all the way home to find that they completely missed one order. Called to get a refund and was told they can’t refund part of an order and we got some of our food so nothing they could do but send a coupon? Are you kidding? A corporation can’t refund when they made that mistake? So I went to a different location, find out you can refund part of an order and they gave me my food for free for the inconvenience that THIS Culver’s caused. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This Culver's is near Dane County Airport. It was a convenient stop on my way out of Madison. The restaurant was clean & quiet. The food was perfect. It was a fantastic treat after a long flight.

So yesterday we ordered a few meals for our company’s maintenance staff and the cod sandwich was slimy between the fillet and batter. We thought nothing of it but they said it tasted metallic and smelled of ammonia. That coworker was later sent home showing symptoms of food poisoning. All the other food was fine and too standard but the ball was absolutely fumbled on the fish
Update: That coworker had to call in sick due to continued stomach issues
Multiple times they have forgotten items on my order. This time I was so frustrated I had to go back in to get a small order of fries they forgot, just to get home and realize they also forgot to put the boom boom dressing as well. It's not too much to expect to get what you paid for.

I eat at Culver’s every day. I go to Northport, East Towne, Cottage Grove Rd, Beltline Frontage equally. This Culver’s is slacking compared to the standard. It’s not 100% bad but Culver’s is usually flawless. Here I can expect at least 1 thing to be off. Flat drinks, missing napkins or condiments, half empty pouches of fries, cheese blown out of the curd breading, FotD never has more than a teaspoon of topping. This Culver’s is disappointing. Good service and mostly accurate, but the order presentation is sub par.

To even give 1 star is ti much. On numerous occasions I've gone to this Northport location no later than 30-45 minutes before close and have been denied custard because they stated they have ran out of it??? Wow really what do you do for the rest of the weekend??how do you get thru the wknd when your out of it?? Not cool. Bad service practices.
