I love Culver’s! The food is always freshly made. The service from the staff it’s always super friendly. I had a single deluxe burger with all the fixings, basket with fries and a Coke and it was delicious.

This is my second time coming here and having to deal with, whom I’ve just found out is a manager, Josh. I came through the drive through. Josh appeared to be frustrated, angry and impatient. He was dismissive, huffing, and very rude to his coworkers. I work in service industry as well, and handling pressure is something that comes with it. Allowing your customers to witness the behavior I did today just isn’t okay. I felt uncomfortable. If things are that overwhelming, maybe finding less stressful work would do. Or a vacation? Work burnout is real.We all have our days, but as a manager remaining professional is key.
