Definitely a go to while visiting the university. And a $4 scoop is hard to beat. I got the coffee macchiato which hit the spot. If I was a student on campus, I would most likely spend most of my time at this ice cream shop.

I knew I had to have some ice cream when I was in Madison because I was told by my friend who went to the University of Wisconsin Madison that UW Madison has a whole dairy sciences department that makes ice cream. They really did not disappoint - I am so glad we tried it, my mom and I loved the ice cream from here. I personally loved the strawberry ice cream, which was so good. It's maybe the best strawberry ice cream I've ever had.

Wisconsin ice cream is amazing. I stopped by a few spots while I was at Madison for their annual computer science engineering hackathon events at the local university. I learned a lot and met some awesome folks while I was able to be on that journey during my undergraduate university years that would surely help shape my career goals and future outlook on things.
Really good ice cream with pretty good allergen documentation. We have tree nut allergies so we really appreciate it.

Daily scoop is a small dairy store located in the UW Memorial Union near the Memorial Union Terrace. This spot is perfect for families, friends, dates, and more. They offer many flavors for a reasonable price. The staff is made up of primarily students, so it is cool to be able to help support local college students. While there isn't much seating side, the Memorial Terrace has breathtaking views right outside the store. 10/10 recommend!
