I’ve only been to this location twice but both times I went the people working there were not exactly the kindest. The second time I went here (about a month ago), I ordered online and got a superman (supposed to be cake batter flavored) blizzard that came with cookie dough and I also ordered some pretzel sticks with queso. When I got there to pick up the food, the pretzel sticks were cold and I got no queso to go with it and the worker said that they don’t normally make food this late in a passive aggressive way and that’s the reason why I wasn’t able to get the queso that was supposed to come with it. She made it seem like it was my fault for ordering what is literally displayed on their menu. I ended up giving the pretzel sticks to my boyfriend to eat and I was excited to eat my superman blizzard on my walk back home, but when I opened it and tried it it came with zero cookie dough and it wasn’t cake batter flavored, it was essentially just vanilla with blue food coloring and sprinkles in it. Personally, I would never order a vanilla ice cream with sprinkles (it was supposed to be cake batter with cookie dough), so I was pretty disappointed and ended up not eating that either. I am less bothered by the mess up on BOTH my items than I am by the lack of kindness from the employees. I was super excited to know that where I moved had a Dairy Queen close by since I always ate there with my family as a kid, but my experiences have been unpleasant enough that I can’t manage to go back there any time soon. When I made this mobile order, it was after a pretty bad and long day at work, so I was really excited to just get some food and ice cream. Once I left the dairy queen with both a bad experience and the wrong food, I literally just broke down crying. Although maybe dramatic, that really just sent me over the edge after an already difficult day and made me not want to go back to this location despite loving Dairy Queen my whole life. Both times I went there I felt like such an inconvenience for simply getting ice cream at the place that is supposed to make ice cream (my roommates felt that same way after we went together, which was the first time I went to this location)

I have been to this Dairy Queen several times. When picking up my orders they used to ask me what I ordered instead of them knowing it, the unprofessionalism when handling my food, and the attitude I receive. I like that this DQ is very close to where I live, but if the employees arnt going to treat me with respect then I won't be coming back.

I ordered a medium Blizzard and received a small. I even weighed this on my food scale- 11.2 oz. This isn’t the first time this location has messed up orders.

Not the best experience. Lights were turned off while we were in the lobby, we checked the hours on the outside and there was still an hour until close. Service made us seem like we were an inconvenience to the workers and wrong sizes of blizzards were given. Didn’t ask for a new size because we already felt like an inconvenience. Will not return.

DQ cookies and cream ice cream cakes are the best!!!! I usually don’t like when ice cream cakes have sponge layers that get soggy, which doesn’t pair well with the thick ice cream. But this one is all ice cream, filled with Oreo bits and topped with chocolate glaze.

The server barely blended it, skipped the upside-down test, and casually threw it on the table instead of handing it over properly. When I started eating, I found huge chunks of Oreo at the top, but the bottom was just plain vanilla ice cream with barely any Oreo pieces mixed in.
The customer before me got a perfectly blended Blizzard with the full upside-down presentation. The difference in service was noticeable, and it’s hard not to wonder if there was some bias involved.

Cleaned blizzard machines 12 minutes before close. I walked in wanting a medium Oreo blizzard 12 minutes before they closed and they turned me away. This is disappointing after studying for five hours I just wanted a blizzard ?
?Great customer service at the University Avenue location, they’re always friendly and on point. So happy they have the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard back!

Dairy Queen is not as popular as other fast food since it has to do with Ice Cream. Me as a woman ordered a smoothie. Both me and my husband are happy sitting and watching traffic around there with comfortable picnic table in front.
