Food was surprisingly good for an arcade restaurant. It’s a fun place to visit, but way too loud inside. It was hard to enjoy with our family visiting, but all good otherwise.

I only came here to play the games and drink a beer I did not have any food but my experience overall was still top-tier games were all good at the end I won a cup very nice for small gatherings highly recommend 💯

A little too noisy for us grandparents, but our grandson enjoyed the experience. They manage and organize everything well to accommodate playing in the arcade during the time there. Quick meal service and good food.

I have seen some past negative reviews of this establishment, but I am here to defend it. We made a table reservation for 6 on Open Table, and arrived a little early. We were greeted warmly and promptly when we walked in, and taken right to a table, which was an extended booth open on both ends, which is very convenient. Our server was there in about 2 minutes, and we had drinks within 5 minutes. We ordered 4 appetizers, and all were hot, fresh and tasty. The calamari rings were crisp, with great dipping sauce, and the guacamole was fresh and very tasty. We also had pretzel-wrapped mini dogs, and they were warm, with a very flavorful pretzel wrap, which I would eat by itself. We ordered 5 entrees, and the fish and chips I requested had homemade tartar sauce, with crisp and delicious white fish. The fries were very good- thin, hot and well-seasoned. We also got pizza and two pasta dishes, and all were hot and cooked just right. Our servers and runner checked on us numerous times, and were very personable. I would say they were all hospitality superstars. My only negative would be that larger coleslaw portions are needed for the fish and chips, as it tasted great, but the portion was small. We did get 5 gaming cards at the front desk, including the 4-player special and a separate card. Between the 6 of us, we played nearly every game, and there were a lot. There was one lane on one game that was not working, and one game where a ball did not come out, but one of the gaming techs they have helped me right away to get the ball out. I would say 99% of the games were working properly, which is excellent given the huge number of games that they have. The restrooms were large and spotless. Dave and Busters is not inexpensive, but the restaurant side is comparable to many casual dining restaurants in price. The gaming can be costly, but the specials that they have for gaming can soften that. Overall, I would give the experience 5 stars, and would definitely come back.

I changed my 5 star rating to one star because of the worker I encountered tonight. I then asked the manager and said how the worker was rude and he didn’t even acknowledge me saying anything about the worker. I see why y’all are empty now. I will not be back after this. Customer service is definitely not your priority. Watching Monday night football was.

Server brought an extra drink and entree we didn't order. When we were brought the device we paid assuming everything was right because no receipt was included. After paying electronically we got a text message with the receipt. We then realized we were given the wrong one, so we went back to get it corrected. They did comp us the difference, so that was nice, but these were mistakes that shouldn't have happened.
