It was such an interesting moment because you dont know what youre going to get going at a chain restaurant. Of course the food was great and fresh. But this Dennys was more than on top of good customer service. I wasnt just a customer to them but an actual person. I felt better after I left just from conversing with a couple of the waiters and waitresses like Malik and Tori. I left feeling great. I highly recommend this Dennys.

I came in on Saturday and at the beginning I had 12 family members with me. Then we had another 3 join us. Our server Lacey was so awesome. She was very understandable. She took all of our orders, she kept us filled on drinks well we waited for our food. The food came out pretty fast. Lacey did amazing job at keeping order with all the food. Her performance was outstanding. We were next to another large group I believe it was 8. She was able to manage our table plus the other big table and also all of her other tables. I would rate her a 10 out of 5. She is someone that you wanna keep around. She did amazing!!! When we come back I will be requesting for her to be our server!!!

When my friend and I went to eat a late lunch on Halloween there were no customers at the time. It took about 10 minutes before someone came to take our order. When the waitress finally came to take our order I asked her to repeat what she said because I couldn't hear her with the noises from the kitchen and a staff members baby crying. She immediately raised her voiced and yelled at me and walked away rudely. Then her fellow employee came to the table with the fairly newborn baby to take our order. She was kind and cordial; she took our order. We were never offered refills on our beverages. I had to ask for a water twice and wasn't even offered a refill even on the water. Staff never came and asked us how the food was, nothing. I was very appalled at the poor customer service we received. After we had been served, other customers came in. They treated them with more respect and courtesy but not once did they do it for us while the customers were there nor prior to the customers coming in. It's the worst Denny's I've been to ever. Sorry but we didn't leave a tip because of the way we were mistreated.
