Based on reviews my husband and I stopped here on our way to a concert last night. When we walked in we asked to sit at the bar however there were no seats so we sat at a pub table in the bar area. We were sitting there for over 10 min and watched servers walk by and not say a thing. My husband then went up to the bar to order our drinks. Once we received our drinks, we asked if we could just order our food ourselves at the bar however the hostess/bartender told us no, and that there was a server and she would check. It was almost another 15 min and quite honestly we were ready to walk out. We then stopped a server as she was trying to hustle right by and she took our order but was hesitant when we asked if we could place our order. We ordered fried pickles, burger sampler plate and a salad. Burgers were great! Crispy chicken salad was good until I got piece of chicken that I could not even chew, after that I couldnt finish the salad. The fried pickles were cut way to thick and the rind on them was so tough that when u tried to eat it and bite it in half it wouldn't rip leaving you with breading off and the hot pickle burning your mouth/lips. It was so hard to chew, it was terrible. All that being sad, our server once we got her attention was nice and attentive. Im not sure if we got there on a bad night but for all the servers and bartenders that were there to be ignored for 25 min while they watched us just sit there with menus was really disappointing. We unfortunately wont be back. We are patient people and honestly if they were busy they could have just told us that and we would have understood, but we were ignored and it was not overwhelming busy in there.

Excellent food. I got the classic DLUX burger and it was delicious. Everyone in our group was happy with their meals. The kids menu is also a great deal for what you get!

Food was absolutely amazing, will be going into my top 5 favorite places in Madison. Tori was our server and she was amazing, super nice and well versed on what they are know for!

I'm from NM and came here for dinner and it was pretty good. The atmosphere is nice had good music playing. Their smash burgers had good flavor and a good variety of types to try. One thing that was cool to see is they offered Hatch green chili for their green chili burger. Was not expecting to see that outside NM. I'd recommend if looking for a casual burger place with good bar drinks and apps.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The customer service was horrible and it took about 40 mins for our food to come out when the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Our waitress had an attitude and refused to serve us. When we asked to talk to the manager we told him our food was cold after waiting all that time and our drinks were made wrong his response was “sorry you feel that way.” This was the worst experience my family and I have had in a long time.

What was once a great place to stop before a show is kind of a shadow of it's former self. We ordered four burgers, all of which were meh. The large side of fries and cheese curds somehow wasn't even finished by our table. Everything was just lacking flavor, presentation and excitement.

Food is solid, one of the better burgers in town. I also appreciate a place that makes their own sauce/dip. Most of the shakes are solid but the pb+pretzel needs to tone it WAY back on the pretzel (crush them, don't throw them in whole.)
I will say, Carry-Out only is a must here. The music inside is beyond the normal eatery theme that seems to plague half the dinner spots in the country these days. Can we not just eat dinner and talk, must we shout??
It was so loud in there our smart watches were kicking off hearing loss decibel levels. That's...a choice.
Great food, helpful staff....if you can hear what they're saying.
