bruh can y’all like, actually try when cutting the dang pizza, this twice now i’ve ordered a couple pizzas from here and all the slices are still stuck together, great pizza, but this cutting ain’t just bad it’s horrible, I legit had to cut it myself, how does my broke ass have a better pizza cutter than y’all?

The manager is paid a bonus if she uses less toppings to please her boss to keep food cost down, I ordered a Philly steak pizza and got probably 4 tiny pieces of steak across my entire large pizza. I'm telling you guys don't go here, I hear they treat their employees bad as well no appreciation and no respect. Do not support this place.

Terrible Customer Service by the Manager. Made an order to go and had my cousin go pick up my $48.48 order. Once she came home I noticed one of the Large pizzas was missing so then I ended up driving to the store. Meanwhile, I was driving, I kept on calling and calling the store so in case the pizza was still missing then they could have started making it right away. No answer. I get their and tell the cashier (which ended up being the manager) about my order and about how I've been calling and he just replied "The phone hasn't been ringing here" then says "Okayy, Whats the name" since it was a bigger order he just said "which one are you missing" then just said "it'll be 10-15 min because we have to remake it." So annoyed by the fact that I sent my cousin so I wouldn't have to go out because I had the cough and ended up having to go myself. I told the cashier "so what did u guys gave part of my order to someone else?? He replied back "idk what happened to it, I wasn't over here" and walks away. While he was making other orders I talked loud because he was further at that point and asked "are you the Manager here?" He relied "yes, I'm the Manager" then I said "your not going to at least say sorry (for the inconvenience)!?" No response then I say "oh ,your just going to ignore me like that?" Still no response. After I waited 11min the Manager just handed me the pizza and I let him know that he has very poor customer service skills and he could of AT LEAST said sorry for having part of my order at home cold at that point. His response was "ok sorry I didn't says sorry" and walks away, smirking, so I said yeah & keep smiling! His response "Ha! Ok" The fact that he lied because he claimed he did say sorry at the beginning but I know for a fact he DIDN'T because I have a recording of that interaction! NOT OK TO TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT!
To the Manger that worked their on 2/28/25 @ 7pm pls do yourself a favor and quit if you're as miserable their as you look.

My taste buds live again! Risen above the mediocrity of other inferior pizza establishments. This particular dominos, stands apart and triumphant in all its splendor. I have but one question, to ask of you. Who is this Nathan who has prepared such a splendiferous spread upon my table. Who are you to be so wise in the ways of artisinal pizza preparation. Who are you to make me believe in love again. 10/10, will feast here again.

Good luck getting an order right at any Domino's location in Dane county. This one is let me down the worst since even after the third delivery attempt I still don't have my soda or dipping sauces. The real problem is if you try to call you can't get a hold of anybody and I have now been hung up on 15% in a row. There is no such thing as a refund so I would just recommend not ordering from dominos.

I ordered lunch from here yesterday with my mom. I surprised her and came for a visit and we ordered Domino's. She's a pretty picky eater and she wanted pepperoni and black olives. I got my own separate pizza with toppings I wanted. When her pizza came it was sausage and pepperoni and because she's so picky she didn't even want it. I called the corporate number and spoke to some robot and initially was kind of pissed off. I got transferred to a real person and it was actually the guy at the restaurant. I was kind and just explained myself very calmly. He knew exactly what I was talking about almost before I could even bring it up and was super nice and professional. The original delivery guy couldn't have been better and was super friendly and delivered our pizza in about 3 minutes from the time it left the restaurant with a smile and he even called to confirm the address when he arrived. After we realized the pizza was wrong and the delivery driver already left and I was on the phone with I assume one of the managers the manager himself came back to my mom's house to read deliver the correct Pizza which was so piping hot and fresh let it almost hurt to touch the box! Everything ended up being perfect, we both smiled and I told him no big deal just a pizza but thank you so much for correcting it because my mom is kind of picky. I couldn't possibly speak more hardly of this Domino's location. I'm incredibly impressed. I know exactly where my mom and I will be ordering next time I decide to visit her. Thank you all for a pleasant experience even though a very minor mistake was made. And we got an extra free pizza out of the whole ordeal so I really can't complain about anything honestly lol! Thank you again so much you guys for your exceptional service.
