Food was supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago. Was waiting for 10 minutes. Then they say they got the order wrong it would be another 10 minutes. Wouldn't they have caught it earlier if it was ready 15 minutes ago and I had been waiting an additional 10?

The AI robot who took my order got it wrong, and the pizzas were delivered 2 hours early. We told the delivery person and he just shrugged. We called the site and the GM said she could do nothing to remedy the situation because she “didn’t nothing wrong”

I ordered delivery online, and the process was as seamless as one could expect. The delivery time frame was accurate, and my driver was friendly.
The pizza I ordered was made incorrectly however. (Contained meat, when ordered a vegetarian pizza.)
I called the store, and they did pick up and correct my order - again delivery happened in the window of time they said it would HOWEVER the pizza was basically cheese. The toppings that I paid for were whispers on the pizza at best.
I wish I would have read the reviews before placing my order, because though the people I interacted with were all pleasant the reviews are valid. My order was wrong, and the toppings were scarce. :(

I was delivered the wrong order and was on hold for over 40 minutes when I called to fix the issue. At this point I drove to the location still on hold and was told there was only one worker and that the other family who received my order had called complaining as well (he said it was the delivery drivers fault).

This is my favorite dominos location in the area. Never had an issue and order from here often. Service is always 10/10, fast and friendly. Typically they have the pizza in there hands ready to hand me when I walk in.

Ordered online for the 3rd since moving into my apt and never got my food. I called the store to speak to a very rude manager. First, she told me that the driver came to my place but never buzzed my place. It was my mistake for having the wrong phone, but the driver still didn't buzz my unit. She then told me that they don't deliver here, it's another store. Why did the driver come out then in the first place? Very unprofessional and disappointed.

Ordering and paying on line no issues. No issues with the staff on carryout of my delivery. It seems like portion size has decreased. I feel like the Specialty Chicken went from 12 pieces to 9 (correct me if I am wrong). I tried the 5 Cheese Mac 'N Cheese, and the tin was half full with the Mac 'N Cheese.

This dominos never pays attention to the comments/instructions for delivery I leave. Which results in a screaming 2 month old everytime. They have never been friendly, and they NEVER answer the phone, so good luck if you need to get ahold of them. They never care about the food quality, they are truly a let down for dominos. Do not ever expect any sympathy, do not expect any food quality, do not ever expect them to abide to your requested instructions for delivery or the way your food is made. My wife is vegetarian and when I request Peperoni on half the pizza they leave it off of like 2 slices which is absolutely ridiculous.
