Highly recommend the hot pot! My family also really enjoyed it. Do know that you will be MAKING IT YOURSELF. I would recommend asking for help on how the hotpot works. I don't recommend getting the combo plate for the hotpot unless you know you will be using all or most of the ingredients given to you. You do also have to ask the staff for forks if needed.

My fiancé and I went for our first time trying hot pot then brought a friend for their first hot pot experience. Great flavor, helpful staff, and good portions for the price. The hot and sour Thai is my favorite!Vegetarian options: They made a vegetarian version of a soup base that usually is made with pork. It was great!

It's a very authentic Northern Chinese restaurant where you can try a variety of dishes. We found their homemade pork rib so good and finished it all at a time. It's flavorful and tender and served with good portions. The source cabbage lamb pot is nice to have in the winter. It's easy to park your car in front of the restaurant and it's right next to the downtown. We're told that this restaurant has been here for more than 10 years and you can chat with the friendly and welcoming owner there. Dine in experience was nice and the place is clean too. Come and check out this place: you can choose either mini hot pots or regular menus.

I gave it 4 stars because you are not able to share the hotpot... but We got the szechuan hot pot and a few other dishes on our '24 spring break. Hot pot was good for my sinus, not sure if my tongue went numb due to the broth being so hot(but good) or the chilli. Garlic bok choy, spicy seafood delight (has a great fried wok flavor!). My kids got the crispy pork and sasame chicken. They loved it so I am happy! Over all definently worth checking out.

Food was amazing. I never ate hot pot before. The lady who served the food helped me, possibly the owner?I had the kimchi broth with beef and veggies, Enochi mushrooms and quail eggs. Our table had shrimp fried rice, BBQ steam buns, crab Rangoon, combination Mai fun and Kung pow chicken Chinese style.Everything was amazing!

One star for decent food. Customer service is terrible and tap water they provided had stuff floating around in it. Got our order wrong multiple times and at the end we had to re verify our order on the receipt with them.

This was the perfect lunch during one of the snowiest days this winter. There’s a wide variety of selections, great broth choices, and sauce recipes to add to your hot pot. Friendly staff & reasonably priced. Would recommend!
The food was absolutely delicious. Quality cuts of meat, thinly sliced. An abundance of vegetables and a self serve with noodles, sliced potatoes and sweet potatoes. Their potstickers are the best I have ever had. The service was excellent. I will definitely be going back!

Ordered take out. It was mush and tasteless. I only leave reviews when the food is inedible... and it was. Maybe other options are better but don't get the lo mein.

Excellent Chinese food and they are not afraid to make it spicy.

Excellent Chinese food and they are not afraid to make it spicy. Goes beyond the bland somewhat dumbed down American style of Chinese food. Highly recommended.

Double 10 is a wonderful place for hot pot! It's individual servings, which I prefer. They have a few vegan broths and plenty of vegetables, tofu, and noodles to choose from. There are even some free noodles and potatoes by the sauce counter. It's a spacious place with fast and friendly service. If you get green tea it comes in a pot with free refills. You don't have to worry about parking because there's a lot out front. I also love that this place stays open later than a lot of restaurants in madison. I only wish there was vegetable combo. They only have meat and vegetable combos so you have buy the vegetables a La carte if you don't eat meat.
