After her water broke, my niece was told to go home and not come back until she was ready to push, because they had no beds. Didn’t offer anything for pain, and made them feel completely alone. This is her first pregnancy and it was a horrible experience. Decided to go to a different birthing center last minute. Do not recommend.

They could address the issues with not properly filing an insurance claim and then when patient alerts them to THEIR error, they could return the money that is NOT theirs!

I had an amazing experience with the staff at Meriter. I delivered my baby boy there last week and we spent five days in the nicu. So many of the nurses there made such a huge impact on my family and myself. My baby was so well taken care of and the emotional support from every nurse who took care of me was amazing. They made delivering a baby in the middle of this chaos a little less scary and for that I am so thankful!

I was very grateful for the NICU staff a couple of years ago. However, recent experience in surgery has shown me that staff doesn't listen to the patient and bedside manner is neglected along with common sense.

I was born here and so was all 4 of my children. I hemorrhaged after having my 3rd & the doctors were excellent with reacting fast to solve my problem so that I didn't need a blood transfusion. Although it was painful it was worth it & I would like to Thank meriter staff for making sure that I'd be here to raise my kids.
Brought my dad in for 2 blood transfusions after a Dr's appt yesterday. It was a rushed appt and showed as we got in early for a 10:30am appt and he finally got his 1st IV about 3:15p.. 2nd IV started about 5:35p and now done at 7:35p.. 10 long hours..... This isn't his first trip doing this either... Disappointing as still an hour drive home when done, back to Briggsville..
