Ordered duck noodles soup. Small slivers of meat on the bone so not worth it for what we paid for.

I love this place. Dumplings are good, noodles are good and the buns are good. Ive only gone a couple of times, and only when I have the money since its a bit pricey, but it if def worth it. It tastes really good and you get a good amount of food.

Very good food, it took a while but everything was made fresh. They are part of the Global Market food hall which includes many other Asian options. The grocery store was very well stocked with several imported and fresh items not found in the big box stores. A must stop in the Madison area.

Had a beef roll and the beef was tough and dry, the scallion pancake was not fragrant, and the amount of cucumber and scallion was small. Probably one of the worst beef rolls in my life. Will not be dining here again.

i don’t normally write negative reviews for places but i dont think this place is worth it. the wait time for food is long (most likely because there are only a few people staffing the restaurant). additionally, i ordered bbq pork buns but they came tough as nails and were incredibly hard to bite into and chew. they were definitely microwaved and came from a frozen package instead of being made fresh and definitely contained some sort of red dye. this place isn’t horrible but also not entirely worth it.

My brother and I visited Madison and stopped at the Global Market and Food hall at 9:30am! Dumpling house was open on time at 11am and I ordered the pork and chives dumplings and pork buns! Fan favorites that can't go wrong! Unfortunately, the pork and chive dumplings were not flavored or seasoned at all. The pork buns were better. I would not recommend if you want some dimsum here. Just go to a local dimsum place somewhere else.

The older gentleman taking my order was not very kind and seemed annoyed I was asking questions about the menu. Didn't smile or greet us.

I have a hard time here for I spend 2 days reading menu before I ordered here. It is on the more luxury expensive food, but no problem.

40 min wait for a single item take out on a slow day. Food not worth the wait nor the price.

My affection for dumplings led my family and I to stop here for a quick bite. However, our experience was marred by poor service. The lady at the front displayed discourteous conduct, making us feel unwelcome. Furthermore, we endured an unnecessarily long delay before receiving our order.

The lady in the front is RUDE! Today she had on a cap with pigtails. She looks young but she’s actually an old lady. The card reader couldn’t read my card, tap and chip, so she rudely grabbed it from my hand then tossed it on the counter towards me. I called her out on it that she was rude and she tried to say “thank you” with a fake smile. As we waited for our food we watched how she treated other customers. An older white lady approached to get her food and the lady smiled at her and handed the bag to her with both hands. Chinese family went up to ask for the drink and utensils, she was indifferent to. No smile, just handed it to the guy without facing him. 10 minutes later it was our turn. I saw her throw the bag with our order on the counter, and so I was going in hot. She motioned for her buzzer so I threw it on the counter towards her just like she did with my card and my food. She scowled at me and cursed me in Chinese. Lady, we don’t need to be Chinese to know Chinese curse words. YOU WANT OUR MONEY BUT DONT WANT TO TREAT US WITH RESPECT. If you don’t want us to be rude to you, don’t do it to PAYING customers. But there’s nothing special about this place. You’ll find better dumplings elsewhere. They say it’s a 10 min wait, but it’s closer to 25 mins and this was with 1 order ahead of us.
