The lady in the front is RUDE! Today she had on a cap with pigtails. She looks young but she’s actually an old lady. The card reader couldn’t read my card, tap and chip, so she rudely grabbed it from my hand then tossed it on the counter towards me. I called her out on it that she was rude and she tried to say “thank you” with a fake smile. As we waited for our food we watched how she treated other customers. An older white lady approached to get her food and the lady smiled at her and handed the bag to her with both hands. Chinese family went up to ask for the drink and utensils, she was indifferent to. No smile, just handed it to the guy without facing him. 10 minutes later it was our turn. I saw her throw the bag with our order on the counter, and so I was going in hot. She motioned for her buzzer so I threw it on the counter towards her just like she did with my card and my food. She scowled at me and cursed me in Chinese. Lady, we don’t need to be Chinese to know Chinese curse words. YOU WANT OUR MONEY BUT DONT WANT TO TREAT US WITH RESPECT. If you don’t want us to be rude to you, don’t do it to PAYING customers. But there’s nothing special about this place. You’ll find better dumplings elsewhere. They say it’s a 10 min wait, but it’s closer to 25 mins and this was with 1 order ahead of us.

I tried 4 things from their menu. The food was just bleh. The soy sauce just tasted like slightly flavored oil. And the whole entire place smelled like straight up SEWAGE! I'm not even exaggerating, everyone I went with said the same thing :(

Went there at around 11:30 am on a weekday. It was not busy at all, but my order was completely forgotten and I waited for 30 minutes. Only after I asked when would be my food ready, they took out those dumplings from the steamer. I ordered soupy dumplings. Maybe because they were left in the steamer for too long, skins of all dumplings were broken, and not a single drip of soup was left, which was supposed to be the soul of soupy dumplings.

This spot is a cluster of counter service restaurants, serving non-American foods. Many of the places were not open when we went. The food was very good, and there are places to sit. It was inexpensive. It is a good place for lunch, when they are open.

Overall super delicious food and definitely worth it to wait a few extra minutes! We stopped here for lunch while driving through the state. The food was so delicious that we HAD to stop by again on our way back. They have the BEST soup dumplings I’ve EVER had. So juicy, rich and delicious. I also recommended the steamed pork buns, scallion pancakes, and red bean paste buns. It is most definitely worth it if you’re willing to wait just a few extra minutes for your food! I wish we lived closer so we could dine here more often.

I've come here a few times, tried to give it benefit of the doubt after my first time here the soup dumplings weren't worth the price and wait was so long.Last time I came here it took over 30 mins to get a single order of dumplings. It was a Wednesday middle of the day, not busy. Guy is at the counter eating, woman is on her phone, I finally go up to ask when my order will be done and they just look at me and shrug, maybe 5min? They didn't even start the order. What a waste of my time and money. I will not go back and I encourage anyone to never go.

O...M....G..... The duck noodle soup was AMAZING!!!... My girlfriend had the wonton and the broth was lacking in flavor... So skip that and try the duck soup...I promise you will love it!

I've been here more than a few times now. Best Dumplings I've had. Not only in Madison, I'm talking ever had. I've seen them make the Dumplings in house so I know they're fresh & fresh ingredients. Staff is nice & one person has a language barrier but even then I still get my order right. I normally get #13, Triple delight & #15, Shrimp dumplings both pan fried. Haven't had a bad meal here yet. This is my go to spot when I come to Global. I don't know Chinese but I know some Japanese... Arigatou
