One thing I know as someone who worked as a manager in a lot of coffee/fast food places is it is better to overstaff for a possible slow day rather than understaffing when it’s busy. And that is the issue with whoever is scheduling people. Dunkin gets busy and it’s not fair that one single person has to handle the 5-7am shift alone. Especially since there are always at least 3-5 other cars that come in at the same time as me. Your profit margin is not as/more important than taking care of your employees first and then your customers in return.
I’ve gotten wrong drinks, wrong food, and even something I’m allergic to which ruined the rest of the items in the bag. Two of the girls I’ve had were so incredibly nice but the rest of the employees are rude and act like we caused the wrong order ourselves, which is unfortunate.
This is the easiest location between work and home but I’d rather go out of my way to another location than lose out on the amount of money I spend and not get what I ordered…

I rarely if ever leave negative reviews but this location has shown a constant disregard for customer experience. Cold food, incorrect drinks, trashed lobby, and too make matters worse today I waited for nearly 20 minutes to get my food. I had to park alongside the building wait- then go into the shop, wait, then interact with a rude employee. Pretty crazy that this is the standard they want to set at this location. Overall a constantly negative experience that I could not recommend.

Please NEVER go to this dunkin donuts. You will wait an EXTREMELY long time for your order every single time. That’s been my experience….workers are rude and barely speak or acknowledge you. The manager from what it looks like she leaves all her personal items like backpack and clothing items in the area where guest are eating. Donuts are never fresh and the presentation of them are horrible. Should probably work on a whole new staff for this location. Disappointed and disgusted with service.

Make sure you check your order very carefully when you get it, I don't think that I have ever had a fully accurate order from this location, it is almost always a missing item, which isn't great when you are picking up for a group. Go to Starbucks or McDonald's instead, way less of a headache.
When I noted an issue with my order on the app, they did not immediately offer me a refund for the item missing from my order, but I get to wait 2 business days for help?
Edited to include they resolved my issue, so I am giving them 4 stars, because the interior is very nice and clean, and the staff are helpful.

Avielle at the drive-thru is so sweet! I come to this location frequently and see her working all the time. She’s always friendly and has a smile on her face
