I’ve given this place like 5 tries in the last 2 years because I love Dunkin back home. every time it’s worse. Just went for the last time this morning. They filled my drink up like 3/4 and were pretty rude when I asked why it wasn’t filled up the whole way. Also I’ve noticed they don’t confirm the price when u order on drive thru, probably to try and up charge u on more stuff. I never leave google reviews but felt it was necessary here. If you are looking for a good Dunkin, this is not it. Steer clear.
The lady at the window was extremely rude, we had a reward we tried using and she scanned it but didn’t accept it so we didn’t get to use it. We also had a coupon we tried using and she said it was expired and then threw it away without even letting us look at it. Overall the service was just bad and they had a bad attitude.

I used to come here every morning when I worked on the same street and the drinks were never made the same way twice. I started coming back when I saw they had new staff and the drinks are still terrible. I get drinks that look and taste like pure milk and sugar- no coffee or espresso (even when you pay for the upcharge). When I go to the Dunkin on W Broadway by my house the coffee is actually dark/brown, indicating that theres coffee in it. Shocker! When you ask them to correct it they give you an attitude. Was also told I cant add on a simple donut at the window but then given a receipt to "fill out a survey" to "get my free donut next time" despite it taking probably two minutes or less to add on the donut when there's not a single person in line behind me. Then you're asked to leave a tip when the drink tasted terrible and the customer service is just not there.
I NEVER leave bad reviews, hardly ever. But when you give so much business to Dunkin just for them to remain so inconsistent, it sucks. Go to a different location.

Every item I bought had something wrong with it. I contacted customer service through the app. Photos show two of the issues- mouthful of coffee grounds at the bottom of the coffee and way to much ice in one of the exact same beverages

Not sure what's going on Dunkin but this was terrible. Ordered a peppermint mocha and vanilla late in the drive thru and there was no mint or vanilla in either of our drinks. The cups were filled 3/4 of the way... Went inside to get drinks fixed there were four people behind the counter. Each employee standing at a separate counter doing one order at a time. Two other people in the dining room were waiting for their order and I could tell they were becoming impatient with how slow everyone was moving. It was insane to me. I don't know what happened to the times where when a sandwich is cooking, a coffee is getting made at the same time an order is getting taken over the headset. No hustle. I have no idea how they messed up our orders when it was not busy but got our drinks remade and ended up with two peppermint mochas anyway... Make sure you have a lot of time if you stop here.

I stood at the counter for 5 minutes without any acknowledgment , as in not even a word or glance in my direction. by 2 employees who were busy serving the drivers thru line. Customer service is not on the menu at this location.

The quality of Dunkin has greatly decreased over the last year. I assume it's because of whom they are hiring. When they hire young people, the customer service goes downhill. The cashier was literally pulling a bagel from the tray warmer and eating it as I pulled to the window.. I asked him about it, and he said it was trash. Regardless, to the customer that is alarming. Looking inside was also disturbing. The store looks in total disarray. I will not patron this location again.

I went up to the window and a woman immediately asked what I wanted and a second later aggressively asked what I wanted while there was no one in front or behind me in line. I asked for an iced caramel latte with an extra shot of espresso because I like a more emphasized coffee flavor and when the drink came out it came out looking like a cup of milk. I asked her if she added the extra shot and she said there was “one shot.” I then asked her to clarify because lattes usually have coffee in them already and she scuffed at me and handed me the drink. After tasting the drink it tastes like pure milk and sugar, and the customer service was nasty.

Got an iced coffee and it has no coffee in it. It was just straight up milk with syrups. I was so mad bc the person doing it kept doing multiple drink orders of the same thing. Spent $5 of just milk..
I ordered a medium hot mocha. Why am I drinking a medium hot coffee with mocha syrup. Didn’t realize I had to specify mocha LATTE.

When you want to drink coffee from here, there are 2 blocks of lakes in the back, it is better to jump into the water.

The place was almost empty (no one else was in line, and there weren’t many in the drive-thru) and yet it took 15+ minutes to get an iced coffee and a bag of donut holes. I won’t be returning here.

Rude service. There was hardly any donuts available. The jelly donut I did get seemed old and stale. There was no napkins available. The lady seemed like she was annoyed when I asked for some. I would not recommend this location. I will stick to Dunkin on Emil st in the future.
