I don't know how you can screw up a black coffee and avocado toast, but people prove me wrong every day. I simply asked for a regular coffee. The individual at the drive through couldn't comprehend what a regular black coffee is and puts cream in my coffee. I'm lactose intolerant. I asked for avocado toast and they serve me some stale bread with what looks like green diarrhea on it with undigested corn. Of course I don't discover any of this till I get to work. I won't be giving Dunkin my business again.

When my order was ready an employee yelled “HERE YOU GO” in a very aggressive tone. I took the bag without thanking her because of how unnecessary that was. She then started yelling that I snatched the bag from her- which I didn’t, and then kept yelling about me the ENTIRE TIME I was eating, like five whole minutes. She was still yelling when I left. The other employees didn’t say anything. There were other customers there that awkwardly sat in silence while this was going on. It was the most disgraceful behavior I’ve ever seen in any store or restaurant.

We got the $6 meal deal (wasn’t $6) and they made us select again what we wanted but didn’t end up getting hash browns. When we asked, the worker said rudely, “check your bag, it only says one” they yelled out names to tell us they were out of vanilla. The Dunkin was empty, the yelling woke us up more than the coffee. Grumpy staff and dry and burnt food. The hashbrowns tasted freezerburnt so thank god they didn’t give us two. Stay away if you value your tastebuds and money.

Placed a mobile order at 7:58. 2 xl coffees and 50 munchkins.
I arrived at 8:08, traffic was bad. My order was not ready. I asked the person behind the counter if they had my order #/name. She said no. I double checked the ordering location just to be sure. I confirmed it was 801 Park.
She checked the Roll of pending orders and there it was. It took her another 6-8 minutes to get my order completed. I didn't walk out with my order until 8:17!
The mobile orders kept coming in!
Not a good experience.

INSANE GREEK

I'm here trying to order dude said he have to do the kids order I said no I was here yesterday I did a order at the cash register .then he took me order..there packed ins the drive thru u understaffed rude..no welcome hi.. people waiting. No lounge music.. omg. U have to wait at least 20min to get a coffee here ...forget it as we Italians say ur better off at Starbucks lol.

pretty disappointing because i usually dont have this experience at dunkin. window worker actively complained about tipping in front of me when i paid at drive thru. unexceptional service and attitude does not get a bonus. you have not said or done anything to make my experience better. they even forgot some of my order and i had to drive around AGAIN to get it. the rest of the food was perfectly fine, but the drink was over-flavored and not full. for the sake of the multiverse please get yourself together🙏

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I have ordered a latte three separate times in the last week. My request is very simple and always the same: I ask for four (4) packets of Splenda.
On all three occasions, my drink was made with absolutely zero Splenda.
The first time, I assumed it was an honest mistake. The second time, it was frustrating. The third time in a row, it's just unacceptable carelessness. It shows a complete lack of attention to detail from the staff.
It's such a simple instruction, but it's clear the staff either isn't reading the order or simply doesn't care. It's frustrating to pay for a drink, walk away, and then discover it's completely wrong.
Because of this consistent failure to fulfill a basic request, I have lost all confidence in this store. I will not be wasting my money here again and will be taking my business elsewhere.

The restaurant will still lit up the drive-thru reader board was lit up I blew a couple times and then pulled up to the drive through wonder got a young lady's attention and she said we're technically closed what my cash register is still open let me ask my manager I said would you please get him for me I was on my way to the hospital and I wanted to get my wife her favorite beverage a frozen coffee mocha five shots of raspberry two shots of espresso The manager which I regret I didn't get his name and African American gentlemen probably around 30 years old super polite Said no problem I got you and made the drink exactly like she wanted it she was very happy I want to send a big poodles out to the location on Park Street in Madison Wisconsin thank you all for taking care of me so that I could deliver my wife's favorite beverage to her why she recovers in the hospital from heart surgery And because I was the last customer of the day he said that one's on me and wished my wife well outstanding customer service I'll definitely be back thank you all again to the whole team and again I regret I did not get the manager's name but you did it outstanding service and I really appreciate you
