Very rude employees, never have bagels, always out of donut flavors. They always have an attitude when going through the drive thru.
I love Dunkin’ Donuts!! And I love the new winter menu, especially the wicked donuts and drinks. I normally go to the park st location but they said they were out of cookie butter which is what I really wanted. So I decided to check out this location. I called them to check if they had cookie butter and they didn’t answer. We went anyways because it was close. I wanted to use my app so we mobile ordered while sitting in the building. I ordered a cookie butter latte, a sandwich, and 10 ct of the munchkins. My friend and I got our sandwiches after a couple minutes of minutes but never got our drinks or my donuts. We had to ask after 20 minutes of waiting and watching the employees on their phones. They were out of cookie butter so I had to get a different drink so maybe they need to put a sign up because that was disappointing. It didn’t say sold out on the app. I understand it’s my bad for not asking before ordering. They didn’t give me any of the wicked munchkins, (I assume they were out) and they were the stalest donuts I’ve ever eaten in my life. I bit into a powdered sugar one and it crunched so loud my friend could hear me. I had to throw them away because they were very bad. While I was there the phone rang multiple times and nobody answered it even though they were not busy. It was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’ Donuts and I will be only going to the Park st location from now on.

This is the absolute trashiest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. The employees have zero idea how to do their jobs and don’t even know how to call their manager. They claimed they didn’t have my order and accused me of sending my order to the wrong store. Then showed them my order on the app and he said “oh we don’t even have that anyways”. So I said “no worries, I’d like a refund then please” and he immediately said “no one here knows how to do that, you’ll have to do it through the app”. I will be following up with the manager on Monday along with corporate because they should have people working that know how to at least complete a refund. This is why I go to Starbucks and will NEVER ever go back to a Dunkin’ ever again, ESPECIALLY this one.

Everytime I go they are almost always rude. I went in today around 12:15 and I told my order at a normal pace and he yelled at me to slow down and asked if I knew how a drive through worked. Then I got to the window they told me the total he then took my card and tipped themselves. (It says so on my receipt and my total went up. I normally tip but today I wouldn’t have cause they were rude I also used to work at a Dunkin so ik how it works) they didn’t even ask if I wanted to tip he just did it. I then tried to call the store and it didn’t even ring and said voicemail not set up yet. Oh and my food was burnt. Never coming back. Avoid this one

The best Madison Dunkin! They're always so nice and attentive. Today I messed up my own mobile order but they were awesome and fixed it for me! Thanks guys!
Had an 2 year review on here an decided I give them another try an they still can't get things right. It's a 5-20 minute wait every time now! Plus food came out cold!!!!
Light ice and they can't even fill it up like why. Any other location wouldn't do that!

Stopped by today on the way to work, excellent service. They got me my drink quickly but not rushed. I can tell that the manager(s) running the place know what they’re doing. Definitely recommend!

The staff is new but incredibly nice. I keep seeing hateful comments about how slow the staff is but be patient we have all trained on the job before.

Poor quality
If I could give zero stars I would! The service was horrible, it seemed like none of the employees knew what they were doing! After sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes for them to try to figure out what I wanted they still got the order wrong. It was only three coffees. Two of the coffees were exactly the same and when we got them, they looked totally different and tasted horrible! I Tried to go in and get a refund and it took them another 20 minutes to figure out how to give me a refund! This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’ Donuts! They need to do better!

He packed my mom's order with cheese all around the small container. They didn't know you get a free donut with a drink purchase on Wednesdays. And it's to much cheese in the brisket scramble and it comes in a really small container.
