I ordered a few drinks via drive thru this morning 4/13/24 @9:10 am. The lady (white blonde, middle age) who took our orders was extremely unprofessional and rude. Not only made us uncomfortable, but her coworkers seemed uneasy working around her. The drinks were good, but the donuts seemed old and dry.

Thanks for making me pay for a medium iced latte and giving me a small. This is exactly how i got my coffee when my boyfriend gave it to me, he didnt bother to ask for a remake cause i was already late for work. Worst dunkin' donuts ever.Recommend going to a different dunkins or prob a starbuck at this point.

There’s a larger African American lady there that is EXTREMELY rude, makes our drinks wrong on purpose, and even charges us for things we didn’t get. Overall, go to park street or west broadway. Not here. No one deserves this kind of customer

I'm completely confused. Both places I went to in Madison are just not good. By 4pm you'll be lucky to get a good donut :( it looks dirty - not maintained by staff
TWICE today alone we placed Door Dash orders and BOTH times we didn’t receive items. First order 1 of 2 coffees was missing (50% out of 2??? Wasn’t like we ordered 20 coffees) and we were cool, figured mistakes happen and just placed a new order for missing coffee but now added 2 food items, 1 muffin, 1 donut. The donut was missing (so again, 50% of the food order). Because Dunkin seals their delivery bags, this is NOT a door dash issue. The driver isn’t going to open a sealed bag (and as a customer, I like knowing my driver hasn’t had their fingers in my food) this is 1 MILLION PERCENT a DUNKIN issue. So, we called Dunkin, asked to speak to manager on duty (10:34 am on Saturday 9/30) and the manager, I kid you not, first said it was a Door Dash issue and the driver should confirm everything we ordered was in the bag, and when we pointed out it was up to HER to make sure HER employees we’re actually giving the customer the items they ALREADY PAID FOR , and that, since bags were sealed, the Door Dash driver literally wouldn’t be ABLE to double check correct order (and literally, WHY should a driver (from a different company!) have to ensure YOUR EMPLOYEES have done their job correctly?! ) she said, and I quote, “there’s nothing more we’re going to do for you on this” and FREAKING HUNG.UP. on me! I am beyond HORRIFIED that this is how your MANAGER decided this was an appropriate way to respond to a legitimate complaint? And, um, it’s basically theft since you took my money, but didn’t deliver the item I paid for. Do Better, Dunkin. Do better.
