This location is mismanaged. Sloppy customer service. They are asking for tips in the drive through now. Never seen the same employee there twice, must be a revolving door.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant, got it doordashed, and turns out they made it a bagel instead. I could’ve saved the $$ and made it at home if it was gonna be the wrong thing. Last time they mistakenly used sausage instead of bacon. Please, check the order before you bag it.

What’s wrong with this place? No matter I ordered coffee or matcha, the drink ALWAYS COMES WITH HALF FULL! I mean such a famous brand with such a horrible and poor food quality?! And it never got improved! Why?

We were in a hurry today, stopped for some breakfast and caffeine. Ordered Avocado toast, a wrap, snackin bacon, two donuts and a chai latte. I always review the screen before I pull forward. Got to the window, paid, all good. Forgot my receipt, that's okay, it happens. Get order and heading down the road. No snackin bacon. Ugh. Okay, it happens, there was a lot of people. Well Avocado toast was in sideways, so was smashed up against it's (already broken) box. At least the wrap is okay for my son. Donut was fine. Went to take a drink of the chai latte and the part that makes it a latte, the milk, completely omitted. Tastes like dirty socks instead of a dirty chai.
Update from my debit card. 2 extra dollars charged that wasn't said at the window. No receipt to prove anything. Will never stop at this location again.

Phone keeps says cellular customer is not available? So frustrating. I ordered online and am trying to contact store to ask a question and the phone number is not working.
Arrived 10 minutes before close. Drive thru automated message said closed so I thought it was a bummer, but there could be lots of reasons they might close early. But then to my surprise an employee came in the intercom and took my order. Got to the window and they gave it to me free as an apology. Seemed like a good crew working that night!

Constantly messes up my order but today all I wanted was a toasted bagel with strawberry cream cheese and this is what I got. This place sucks lol America does NOT run on Dunkin that’s for sure

i don’t know if i have ever received a correct order until today - however it took 40 minutes. ordered through the drive thru, told to pull forward, waited 15 minutes and walked back to the window. they gave us the wrong order so we walked back to the window AGAIN, they had to retake our order and told us to come inside and to get it. pulled into the parking lot and went in, told to have a seat. waited another 10 minutes and they had forgotten. FINALLY left 50 minutes after pulling into the drive thru.

I’m writing to express my frustration with the recurring issue at this Dunkin' location. It has become a pattern for this restaurant to close at least 15 to 20 minutes early, with employees turning off the lights and refusing to respond at the intercom, even though customers can clearly see staff inside.
This behavior is both unprofessional and unacceptable, as it deprives customers of the services we expect during posted operating hours. I plan to escalate this issue to corporate because it’s ridiculous that a reputable brand like Dunkin' would allow such conduct at one of its locations.
I hope this matter is addressed promptly, as it reflects poorly on your business.

Incredibly friendly staff. Greeted quickly and they were very busy. Seems everyone wants coffee and food when it’s snowing out! I got my coffee SUPA FAST, tasty and hot.
Again, the staff were friendly and inviting. I was asked a few times if they could get me anything while I was sitting down at my computer. Great service! Thank you all for being a bright spot on a very snowy day!
