Pretty good Dunkin, drink was tasty and hash browns and bacon were good. The parking lot was a little bit of a nightmare, the drive thru went to the street so good luck if you parked and wanted to get out! Other than that, friendly employees and nice quality of food (for a coffee chain)

Coming from a hardcore Dunkin state, PA, this was probably the worst Dunkin we’ve ever been to. We ordered basic iced coffees with minimal add-ons (cream, sugar) and somehow ended up with one plain iced coffee and an iced latte. Upon bringing it to the employees attention, they added cream and sugar to the plain one and we were stuck with the latte that we didn’t order. We also noticed after leaving that the breakfast sandwich that was supposed to have two eggs and white cheddar cheese on it only had one egg and American cheese. Not a huge deal, it was still edible and wasn’t awful but it’s the fact that it wasn’t made like it was supposed to be made that’s irritating. We’re only here for one more day so we’ll try a different Dunkin tomorrow.

Stopped in at 7:38pm and was told they were closed and that they close at 7:40. Not sure why such an odd time to close and google says 8pm. Probably should be changed. Also the snappy attitude from the barista was not pleasant. Will skip next time I’m on the west side entirely.

Overall I would not reccomend this location to anyone wanting a positive Dunkin' Donuts experience. We have come here multiple times in the last three weeks and every single time there has been some sort of a mistake, mostly larger mistakes such as not using the specific milk asked for, giving us the completely wrong food, or leaving a drink not completely full. I have attempted to contact the store on multiple occastions (about seven) and every single time no one at the store picks up the phone. When the issue was brought up to the employees, they did not care. This left me to contact Dunkin' customer support. This was back on May 28, 2025. I was told within two business days I would hear back from the store. Five business days go by, nothing. I reached out to support again and attempted to contact the store yet again and still I was met with no resolution. The last time I attempted to contact suppport they hung up on me, letting me know the store would contact me in two more days. This issue has been ongoing for three weeks now (two since I contacted support). Again, I would not reccomend this location at all. The only reason that this location gets two stars is that the food is good, despite it always being wrong.

Staff was amazing so much better than the starbucks down the road. Was served in 2 minutes of less, and the worker even told us to pull up to rocks so he could get his steps in!

The absolute worst! Dropped food on floor and tried putting it in the bag! Threw food in the bag unorganized. The worst, will never go here again! We wanted a tasty treat for the business we have and it was terrible! STAY AWAY PLEASE

I had went to Dunkin for the first time in forever to treat myself since I don’t normally drink coffee I drink energy drinks, when I went I ordered the 2 ham sliders, one wake up bacon wrap and a Medium brown sugar shaken espresso WITH cold foam. I received my drink without the cold foam but normally never make a fuss because I’m in the food industry I know how it is so I let it go. Went home and drank my coffee half way only to realize there’s a LONG brown hair in my coffee. You couldn’t see it because the coffee was covering it. I know it’s not my hair due to me getting a hair cut last week and if it would have been my hair it would be blond on 80% of the piece of hair. regardless will not be stopping here again and just wished they would throughly look thru their stuff before sending it out again.
