Recently got the Cookie Butter Cloud Latte đ loved it!! both times it had been delicious. Appreciate the rich espresso taste in the drinks. In my opinion- this team is killing it! Much better than the Starbucks in the area. Keep up the great work! đ

Had the worst experience there yesterday night. I did a mobile order at 7pm for two drinks, I get to the drive thru window and it says they are closed, someone asks me if I was there for a pickup order and i said yes and they rudely told me to pull foward, he handed me my drink and closed the door and walked away. I was still waiting for my second drink and someone came to the window and asked what I was still waiting for and I told them I was waiting for my 2nd drink. He finally gave me my other drink and I told him that the first drink he made me was made incorrect as it didnât have the cold foam or the cookie crumble, he just looked at me and asked what was wrong with it as if you couldnât tell by just looking at it, I donât know seems like dude really hates his job and life. he fixed the drink and handed it back and didnât even say one word, slammed the door shut and walked away. didnât even get straws lol. Was a man with long dreads, honestly hope your day gets better bro

My friend and I stopped in and spent over $20 on food and drinks, and the experience was really disappointing. To start, the staff wasnât very friendly. My friend ordered through the app, and when we got to the drive-through, the order wasnât even ready. After waiting, we finally got the food, but it was missing the bacon. We went inside to ask about it, and instead of remaking the sandwich, they just handed us a tiny portion of bacon on the side (picture included).
On top of that, my coffee was made wrongâthere was no French vanilla syrup in it. The lady at the counter just took my cup (with my straw already in it), poured in two pumps of syrup, and handed it back. No offer to remake it properly. For the amount of money we spent, the customer service was really lacking, and the overall experience was frustrating.

Drive Through service and walk in service.
Used to the Dunkin app to place an order for coffee and cream.
Made the request while shopping in the area.
Arrived and parked.
Walked in and the order was not ready.
Had to flag down an employee and they said I don't know.
Ask a second one and this one took ownership of the order.
Yeah, it was hot and smelled good. Left the store and has the long drive and enjoyed the coffee as I traveled.
The issue was the secret ingredient added. COFFEE GROUNDS. About an inch in the bottom of the cup.

Attempted to contact the store and the corporate office. No response.

Asked for 10 chocolate munchkins, the person over the intercom confirmed all 10 chocolate. Got my order and drove away to find 4 chocolate and 6 normal donuts. I'm fine with them being out, but they didn't say a word about it when they gave them to me.

Pretty good Dunkin, drink was tasty and hash browns and bacon were good. The parking lot was a little bit of a nightmare, the drive thru went to the street so good luck if you parked and wanted to get out! Other than that, friendly employees and nice quality of food (for a coffee chain)
