Unfortunately the last two times we were at Everly, the food took a VERY (around 45 min) long time to arrive and some of the meals were cool (French toast) in fact, none were hot. I mentioned this to the server and there was no apology nor was there any discount on our bill. We were not offered refills on our coffee either. I really like this place and the (usually) friendly servers, the atmosphere and the many gluten safe options but I sincerely hope they can figure out how to get food out more quickly and the importance of serving food at the correct temperature otherwise we will have go elsewhere.

Food was delicious. We had salmon, quinoa grain bowls and quinoa black bean burger.
The only downside to the evening—our waiter seemed to want us to leave quickly. He brought our bill to us mid dinner. Did not even ask if we wanted dessert.

Brunch menu was interesting. French toast was tasty and quite filling. The place was busy, not totally slammed. Staff was pleasant but service was unpleasantly slow. We arrived early for our reservation, then waited ~10 min for…water. Ordered immediately, then waited another 10 min for (good) coffee, and another 10 for food.

Service was great. Food was delicious and had a decent amount of GS choices. The only thing that doesn't get 5 stars is - water. Only tap water available. So if you eat healthy and dont drink tap water, alcohol or sodas - you are out of luck. No bottle water, no San Pelligrino or something similar in a bottle or can. Only sodas, sugary drinks in cans and tap and alcohol beverages available. Zero choices for a health conscious individuals. Floors were very dirty as well.

Had a great dinner. The restaurant was slammed after a UW football game and we were delayed about 15 minutes from our reservation but staff was so nice! Our server Natalie was excellent, fun cocktails and delicious food. Unfortunately the end of the meal was extremely off putting. We had been at the table for about 1 hour and 15 minutes for cocktails, dinner, coffee and dessert and had just completed the check as we finished our desserts when we were asked to leave our table because they had another reservation. We were NOT delaying and if management had bothered to ask our server they might have realized we were already on our way out. Just a bad way to end the meal. We won’t be back.

What happened Everly? It has been a go to for a number of years now. I was there on Tuesday for lunch and first of all the restaurant was filthy. There was stuff all over the floor under our booth and the tiles were so dirty, it was also only 2 o’clock in the afternoon. I ordered a salmon, BLT and it was so fishy and dry that I took about four bites, the fries were also lukewarm. I had raved about Everly to my husband for a long time, and his food Was better than mine, but not as good as I had bragged. Was it just an off day? Service was very meh. Don’t worry, we still tipped well- but will think twice before going again.

So loud! The restaurant was crowded, but we were in the corner and still couldn't hear each other. The server was great, I forget his name, but it was a very long wait for the food.

Food was phenomenal. Absolutely appreciated the variety in the menu vegan and gluten free options. Waiting times were a little long but I think that speaks to how good the food was and how busy they were. Despite the long wait, service was great. Warm and friendly. Our server Jessica was great.

My first visit to Everly and it was awesome! Our server Kat (sp?) was wonderful and very attentive. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. We'll be back!
