Exceptional food!! We had a great time! We got a selection of vegetarian appetizers and each one was fantastic. The veggie burger was delicious and had what seemed like a house-made patty. My wife got a drink which was pretty strong, a little too strong for her at first, so they were super accommodating in sweetening it to her preference. We also got the chocolate mousse for dessert which was divine especially with the raspberry sauce.
A breakdown of what we ordered in case anyone is interested: 1) Fried artichoke: delicious, somewhat small order but for the happy hour price it was perfect 2) hummus toast: fantastic and decent portion to split between 2 people. 3) cauliflower cheese fondue, which was exceptional, decent portion for the price 4) veggie burger: as noted above, fresh and delicious 5) chocolate mousse: divine (very small portion but still worth it)

I have enjoyed going to Everly for many years and have never had a dish I didn't enjoy. However, recently, the speed of service has been getting very slow. We ordered an appetizer with our meal (simple truffle fries), which took about 35 min to make it to our table and which was delivered only about 5 min before the rest of the meal. Sort of defeated the purpose of the appetizer. Also, I specifically ordered my salad with the dressing on the side and it was delivered fully dressed. The food and atmosphere are great, but the service and wait times are starting to drive me away.
Vegetarian options: Many dishes are either prepared vegetarian or can be ordered vegetarian.
Brunch Saturday was great - we had a delightful and patient waitress. We had 2 toddlers and a 9 month old in tow and it isn't always the most organized situation. Food was delicious as usual. With some of us having celiac, we know the kitchen staff is always in tune with the GF items. Thanks!!

It was amazing coming to a restaurant with so many gluten sensitive options. I recommend the Thai style crispy chicken and the chocolate mousse terrine, super yummy! ? Their selection of Halloween inspired drinks are also lovely! Jasmin was very attentive and sweet!
I wanted to rate them a 2, but I decided to cut them some slack because they were in the middle of serving a big table as we were seated. Our waiter was very nice. My salad was way overdressed and lacked texture, it was gross. The truffle fries were just warm, I bet they are better HOT. The menu sounds better than reality here. I felt crammed in at Everly’s. I practically had to “suck it in, to get to our booth next to the big party.

We used to love Everly and would come every time we visited Madison- it was a huge disappointment this time- the dining area was dirty- with booths and tables nearby left unclean for the entire time we were there despite it being relatively empty- there were flies EVERYWHERE- our server even left a menu for us so we could swat at them- the quality of the chicken in my salad was terrible- chewy and fatty- and overall a huge disappointment. We won’t be returning.

Food was great but the FLIES!!! They were absolutely terrible. Our whole dinner they were landing on our heads, on our shoulders, etc. At one point a pile of flies fell from the ceiling and nearly landed in our food. Gross! If there are that many flies in the dining area then what does the kitchen like? You would expect a seemingly clean and modern place like this to not have a fly infestation but it was truly one of the worst fly issues I’ve had while trying to eat indoors.
