DO NOT GET THE TACO PIZZA! Seriously one of the grossest pizzas I have ever had. And in general if you want falbos, go to the Park Street location..much better quality.

It was the Park Location. We had te Pizza delivered It was the Triple Feta pizza. It is the Best Pizza in Madison way better than the Chain Cookie cutters.

Horrible folks. Stay away. I ordered a pizza and salad from their website and was told it would be ready at 8:15. When I showed up at 8:17 the place was closed. I ended up getting a pizza at glass nickel. Calling back the next day. they told me my food was still on the pickup shelf and it was my fault for ordering from "slice" and it didn't have anything to do when them. I checked and "slice" is the vendor they use, linked right from falbosbrospizzamadison.c…. Asking to talk to a manager, the falbos guy on the phone informed me he was an "owner and manager" and hung up! I called back twice more to try and working something out, but the "owner" got all irate and cussed me out, hanging up again. So disappointing. I wish they made good enough pizza to make me want to return, but if anything the wasted $30 helped me realize that there are so many better spots in Madison anyway and it's time to move on from falbos.

We've always gotten great pizza from here. We usually do delivery but last time I did pick-up. I spied the pizza maker and he was actually doing that thing where he tossed the dough up in the air and caught it with his fist. Impressive. The staff were having some troubles with their POS system but they were very attentive and also I ordered a pizza with "sauce and olives" but I forgot to say specifically 'without cheese' - cheese is assumed, obviously and when I realized my mistake they made me another pizza quickly and actually gave me the mistake for free. 5 stars for this team, thank you!!!

Phoned a order in they said it would take a hour and twenty minutes. Got there and they said it would be another half hour. Not to pleased with service. Pizza was good, service terrible. No discount for waiting another half hour

I agree with one of the reviewers... This place is absolutely underrated. Many of the reviews are from as many as seven years ago. My husband and I enjoy their pizza and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The pizza (all but one time) has been on time and hot. If I have anything negative to say, it is that I do not like their wings. But, in fairness... I do not like coated chicken wings. But, that is just my personal preference. If they made a traditional buffalo style wing, they would get all five stars from me.

My friend ordered from this location for the Packer game today we also got an order of garlic bread. The pizza a pepperoni and sausage with extra cheese on regular thin crust was delivered within the time frame we were told and it and the garlic bread were both nice and hot and both were excellent which is what I have come to expect from Falbo Bros Pizzeria. Great job folks as always thx.

Not sure what to say I honestly regret spending my money on the food I received worst quality pizza I have ever received from this location see the photo… I opened the box and became genuinely confused?
Went through some issues with them a few years ago where they were skimping on the cheese because of high prices, but except for that, they are consistently some of the best thin crust pizza out there that I've ever had. Extremely underrated.

I would like to extend gratitude to an employee named Josh working at this location on the evening of 6/8. I asked for an update without downloading the "app" Falbos prompted me for, but I still received an update and a phone call as requested. Not only that, he was there when I picked up my order and informed me when I requested crispy Bacon (online) that he did it separately to ensure it was of quality. It was excellent. He was also so friendly and courteous which has been hard to come by these days with everyone being short staffed (yet Josh went out of his way). I feel that this should be acknowledged and appreciated. I of course did this verbally (and financially), but feel that it should be acknowledged and rewarded within the business. It is important. I am requesting that you pass this along to the powers that be and I am hoping I get feedback. Thank you Josh for making my day with the little things. I had a very stressful almost considered bad day today, and you made mine a little easier and better. You deserve to know that and be appreciated for it because you and the way you executed your job made mine better!Sincerely,Brittney (Veterinary Nurse)

The customer service was great but this location needs some major improvement. The countertops were filthy as was the floor. I found a hair in with the forks and plasticware and they did not seem very clean as well. The pizza in the display case looked burnt and not very appealing at all. I also saw one of the employees in the back handling food with his bare hands which is a major no no.Overall this location was very dirty and definitely needs a makeover. I will not be back.
