She made the tea fresh- don’t be afraid to mix with your ice. The ice cream rolls are amazing. Get what she recommends! Don’t go to Candy Cloud or Kung Fu Tea for boba- they make it wrong!!! Come here- the boba is perfect ? I spent up to $20 per person, but it’s about $8.5 each for the rolled ice cream and milk tea
I asked for the Oreo strawberry ice cream and it looks nothing like the one in the photo. She didn’t even ask if we wanted a receipt… and we never got one. During the time she was making the ice cream she was on the phone and was touching the ice cream with the hand she was holding the phone with, it was pretty disgusting. After she handed me the ice cream I asked where the whip cream was to which she answer “we have no whip cream”. This was not made known to me until after I paid $10 for the worst ice cream of my life. She proceeded to put a liquidy whipped cream in after seeing my discontent, no powder on top like the one in the photo. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO WASTE MONEY!

Service was very friendly. I had a lychee shake with gummies, I wanted something with lychee, if possible. Anyway, it was made pretty quickly, also there was no line beforehand so the wait time was low. The shake itself, I did really only mention lychee, but the menu images gave me the impression of some sort of colorful drink. It was kinda a leet down it was just white, but that's probably on my expectations. It's size is decent, and it indeed tastes like lychee, but its a really subtle flavour.So I guess I'm underwhelmed, but part of that is maybe my fault, I did get what I asked for after all.

Absolutely awful. Never open. The lady just took my card and didn’t even slow me to look at the total. And I’m pretty sure she added a tip without me knowing. Very over priced and not good at all. The workers are never there and they are never open. They used spoiled old products to make the rolls and not a sanitary place. My friend found hair and an old piece of mango in her chocolate roll. I’m never going again. Would not recommend

this is coming from a teenager.i decided to get the vanilla cheesecake which was $8.50 but when i was charged it was $10.00 for card. i wasn’t told if there was an extra fee or anything, and tax wouldn’t have been that high. there were about 4 people ahead of me and it took a total of 30 minutes to get my order. there were 2 ladies but one went in the back and never came back. she never cleaned the ice rolling pan between orders and took a very long time. the ice cream was good i will say but the strawberries were lacking. (also mold?? didn’t eat any strawberries)wouldn’t recommend even though i love rolled ice cream, was not worth the wait.

Is this place ever open? I’ve tried twice on two separate Saturdays and they are closed.
Monitor says 8.50 yet I was charged 10 dollars. I was told it was because inflation. If you didn't notice they taped the 8 over the TV and yet cut do it again. Smh not even that good of ice cream any way. Won't be back.

This place ridiculously overcharges. No way tax ups the amount of an item from 8.50 to 10. That's a huuuge rip off. There are plenty other places you can go for better stuff.I think what's worse that's a blatant health and safety violation is that they don't even bother cleaning their ice roll stations, so there's a good chance you're gonna get someone's old order mixed up in yours.Tl;dr, just go to Coldstone

I was there at 1255 almost an hour after they were supposed to be open, sign said be back soon, waited shortly with the girls, no one came we left, called them no answer, 2 hours later they called back to tell us they weren't open. After reading the reviews doesn't seem like we missed much, went to Cold Stone instead.
