Firehouse on Fish Hatchery has the best subs! I had French Dip sub. It was amazing. I told the manager Sue how impressed I was. We will be back! I highly recommend. This sub shop is now my favorite.

2 thin layers of lukewarm brisket on untrusted bun that didn't taste fresh.
A $15 large cheddar brisket should have several layers of beef. This was all sauce and bun. Also, gtfo with requesting a tip for carryout.

I have no idea what they charged me for. I ordered the captains club with no onions and tomatoes. Came with both and smothered in mayo. Mayo was not on the ingredients list. Completely dissatisfied.

Unfortunately I’ve been having troubles with this location. I specifically ask for No Ham each time I order and they don’t seem to understand that. I’ve did pick up orders and there is ham. I don’t eat pork, after bitting into the sandwich I knew something was not right. I talk with Management and they just say well my guys are human they will make mistakes. It’s a constant mistake. How hard is it to read an order. No empathy on their part. And refused to give me a refund. This situation messed up my stomach. What if I was allergic. It’s their job to be more careful. This location is convenient that’s why I order from here but it’s just becoming not okay.

Exceptional service. 5 stars deserved. The employees were continuously cleaning the tables, windows and whatever else they could find. They acknowledged us by ensuring our food was to our standards and even took our trays once we were finished. Best Firehouse subs I've ever been to. We will definitely be back!
This place has fallen off so hard man. Half the time the food tastes wrong or is made incorrectly. When u try & have it corrected u get attitude or questioned like YOUR lying lol!? “I promise this isn’t a prank, I ordered …. & I got… As u can see” lol. Please pull it

I recently called to confirm and order placed online since I didn’t get any sort of confirmation via email or text. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. I hate to think how they treat in store customers. Needless to say I canceled my order and got a full refund. Poor customer service is unacceptable.
