It seems like they forgot to warm my soup up at all, so I didn't feel safe eating half my meal. I also am assuming there's something wrong with the online order system, since I chose chicken dumpling (confirmed on the online receipt) but the physical receipt listed potato soup, which is what the cold soup was. Even the oyster crackers were stale.

Firehouse on Fish Hatchery has the best subs! I had French Dip sub. It was amazing. I told the manager Sue how impressed I was. We will be back! I highly recommend. This sub shop is now my favorite.

My online order was done super quickly, the food was perfect, and even though it was an online pickup the staff greeted me when I came in the door.
2 thin layers of lukewarm brisket on untrusted bun that didn't taste fresh.
A $15 large cheddar brisket should have several layers of beef. This was all sauce and bun. Also, gtfo with requesting a tip for carryout.

I will NEVER EVER support this company again thanks to this location- it's "manager" and "workers" they cannot make food correct. Will not fix it. manager avoids customers to resolve issues. been 2 weeks. still waiting.

I have no idea what they charged me for. I ordered the captains club with no onions and tomatoes. Came with both and smothered in mayo. Mayo was not on the ingredients list. Completely dissatisfied.
