Unfortunately I’ve been having troubles with this location. I specifically ask for No Ham each time I order and they don’t seem to understand that. I’ve did pick up orders and there is ham. I don’t eat pork, after bitting into the sandwich I knew something was not right. I talk with Management and they just say well my guys are human they will make mistakes. It’s a constant mistake. How hard is it to read an order. No empathy on their part. And refused to give me a refund. This situation messed up my stomach. What if I was allergic. It’s their job to be more careful. This location is convenient that’s why I order from here but it’s just becoming not okay.

Exceptional service. 5 stars deserved. The employees were continuously cleaning the tables, windows and whatever else they could find. They acknowledged us by ensuring our food was to our standards and even took our trays once we were finished. Best Firehouse subs I've ever been to. We will definitely be back!

I recently called to confirm and order placed online since I didn’t get any sort of confirmation via email or text. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. I hate to think how they treat in store customers. Needless to say I canceled my order and got a full refund. Poor customer service is unacceptable.

Appeared they had a bunch of new employees so ordering/making the food was a slow process. The manager was running all over trying to keep everything moving as best as he could. The food was very good once received.
The customer service was absolutely great. Inside was clean. The food was plentiful but absolutely awful tasting. I have never eaten anything from one of these before and I don't plan on coming back. again everything but the food was top notch.

I've only ever gotten turkey bacon ranch sub here and it's been consistently good. Staff is friendly and my food is always ready when I order online. They fill my special requests too! Definitely recommend.

This place has really good subs. My problem comes with them not making my sub correctly. I usually always get the club on a sub. I’m a creature of habit. But it never has bacon on it anymore. This is like the 4th or 5th time I’ve gotten it and it has no bacon on it. Just makes me wish I just had a ham and turkey only.

I ordered online they gave me the whole wrong sub. I can’t do a review online because they did not give me my original receipt they gave me a Web order receipt, which does not contain the number. I ordered a Kasian chicken sandwich and they made a j*** chicken sandwich.
