I've only been to the franchise twice in my life. This last time I tipped 20% up front, to pick up my own food at the counter while being yelled at by the manager. About $70 for family of 3. But on a positive note, the first time I went in some other state many years ago go, it was a very good burger.

Excellent burger and amazing fries! Order one to share!
I ordered a cheeseburger hot dog and large fry online. When I got to the restaurant, they handed me my bag and there were no fries in the bag. Luckily, I caught this before I left the restaurant. When I got home, the hot dog had no bun. I tried to call the restaurant to report this. After 6 attempts, I gave up. Not only did they not answer the phone but they didn't have voicemail setup. This will be my first and last visit to this restaurant.

Great food, friendly employees, but a bit overpriced.
There is only one thing I've had issues with.. Ordering online and waiting 30 to 40 minutes before going to get my food (because I know it can take a bit to make fresh delicious food), and having my order not ready yet, even with them being slow customer-wise. It's not fun waiting for food for another 10 to 15 minutes while watching others who ordered as I got there getting their food before me. I even use their email to say I'm on my way, a long time before I am, but it does not help.
Besides that, the food is seriously good.

Wow I always love five guys, but it was so warm in the restaurant and the employees were sweating. I felt sorry for them. I got my burger and went outside. It was just too hot. Kaliyah and Chevy were great
