I ordered a cheeseburger hot dog and large fry online. When I got to the restaurant, they handed me my bag and there were no fries in the bag. Luckily, I caught this before I left the restaurant. When I got home, the hot dog had no bun. I tried to call the restaurant to report this. After 6 attempts, I gave up. Not only did they not answer the phone but they didn't have voicemail setup. This will be my first and last visit to this restaurant.

Great food, friendly employees, but a bit overpriced.
There is only one thing I've had issues with.. Ordering online and waiting 30 to 40 minutes before going to get my food (because I know it can take a bit to make fresh delicious food), and having my order not ready yet, even with them being slow customer-wise. It's not fun waiting for food for another 10 to 15 minutes while watching others who ordered as I got there getting their food before me. I even use their email to say I'm on my way, a long time before I am, but it does not help.
Besides that, the food is seriously good.

Wow I always love five guys, but it was so warm in the restaurant and the employees were sweating. I felt sorry for them. I got my burger and went outside. It was just too hot. Kaliyah and Chevy were great
Not once has this location gotten my order correct. They forgot to put lettuce on one of our burgers and when we asked, they claimed they were out of lettuce....however our second burger DID have lettuce on it. Since our prior experience was negative as well, we just didn't bother going back.

This Place was super Clean. Their Employees were friendly, on point with taking everyone's orders, and treated Customers with respect. This restaurant period Five Guys make the Best Fries in the world hands down!!! Plus they have one of the Biggest Drink selections around. I say everyone should at least eat here once in their Lifetime!!
Kid-friendliness: It's a very kid-friendly and Family Place. My youngest Son loves their food, when we do eat here.
