This Place was super Clean. Their Employees were friendly, on point with taking everyone's orders, and treated Customers with respect. This restaurant period Five Guys make the Best Fries in the world hands down!!! Plus they have one of the Biggest Drink selections around. I say everyone should at least eat here once in their Lifetime!!

I work in an office and we ordered to-go for several staff members. They called our office and assisted us to change the order to a catering order to make the price cheaper. He spent 10-15 minutes on the phone with me making sure our order was correct and going to save us money. Once I arrived at the store, they were finishing my order and they HELPED!! me to fill up my drinks and bring all the boxes to my car. This store is extremely kind, helpful and caring towards their customers. I highly recommend catering orders through 5 guys as this was their first and they did a wonderful job.

Horrible employees ! Extremely unprofessional ! Customer service was at its worst ! Food made incorrectly twice ! Yelling and Refusal to remake food even after being instructed by the General Manager!!! Profound language to customer !! Called the cops !!!!! Falsely accused the customer to the officers! All while the Gm Adam was still on the speaker telling her to stay and get her food !!!. The Gm literally heard it all yet was heavy on convincing the customer to stay . They should be held responsible for her citation.. she was being attacked disrespected and verbally abused .
