We were greeted with enthusiasm as soon as we entered. The staff was very patient, even when trying to figure out how to run a gift card. We didn't have to wait long for them to prepare our food, which was great, as usual. The "Little Fries" were anything but... One order was plenty for the two of us. I like how they always just dump more fries in the bag! Gotta love bag-fries ?My only complaint about Five Guys in general would be the price. Two "Little" burgers, Little fries, shake and a soft drink was about $35. Granted what you get for your money is great. Will definitely be back, once I've saved up lol

The young woman who took our order was a perfect representative of your restaurant, if you're wanting someone who welcomes customers with a smile. There were 3 or 4 employees working, and it was great to dine somewhere that didn't appear to have a staffing problem. It was also pretty cool to see that the employees took turns cooking and taking customer orders. Thanks, Five Guys, you Rocked it!

Arrived an hour before closing. Staff members were kind, patient with my order, and hard at work cleaning. Place was immaculate. Food was tasty and prepared as ordered. Very generous with extra toppings. Will definitely return.

How do you mess up simple instructions. Ugh pissed. I can't eat cheese literally have to throw this away and you didn't add the correct toppings. And I called to make sure and the guy said he would write it down. I don't know what happened there.$30 w/ Uber eats delivery.Thanks for nothing

My son loves their French fries. We go every weekend for them. I really like the staff because they make you feel welcome. I usually order the strawberry shake and it’s phenomenal. I occasionally order the little bacon burger. They have an excellent burger and it’s the best in town. Last part: The bathrooms are always clean. I believe it’s a sign of how much they care about their restaurant.

20 mins, to get my food. Really? There is 3 groups in the eating area. Good thing it wasn't busy or it may have been 1hr. Just a clown show. And for a $22 burger it better be top notch in every aspect, five guys is horrible now.
We like going to 5 Guys because they're accommodating to food allergies (celiac in particular). Service can be very slow at times, even taking into consideration the freshness and all that. I know firsthand from talking to management before this location has had staffing issues, but we go at off peak times and find it to be exactly what we need.Dietary restrictions: Celiac and other gluten allergies can be accommodated by getting a bowl instead of the bun.

Walked up to order and couldn't believe the prices. For hubby and me for 2 cheeseburgers, 2 small fries and 2 small drinks, $45 with tax. Turned around and walked out and went to Culver's for $16 and free sundaes.
