The General Tso's Chicken dish I ordered was almost entirely breading. There was hardly any chicken. There was no spice at all. Also, there were only 3 pieces of broccoli. My friend's chicken with broccoli was a very small portion. We won't be back.

Ordered delivery and was inedible. We’ve ordered here before and it was okay as far as low end Chinese places go. This time we ordered chicken lo mein, it showed up burnt. Like pretty badly burnt. Noodles were scorched, chicken was dried out and burnt tasted terrible. We called and talked to someone who looked up the phone number and order number and told us that the manager was on another call and would call us back (apparently don’t have a ‘hold’ function on their phone). No call back, nothing. Probably was no manager there. It shouldn’t have ever been sent out to a customer after being burnt so badly and should have cared when someone calls to say they burned their order. Awful food, terrible customer service, they clearly don’t care about their customers. Now we have to find someone who delivers after nine pm. Don’t waste your time or money, there are MUCH better Chinese joints in Madison.

Great special with fried rice and egg roll. It included pork egg roll but we substituted with vegetable egg roll. The Szechuan shrimp and cashew chicken specials were great value for the $$$. We ordered on a Sunday afternoon through Grubhub and it was ready for pickup within 10-15 mins. Would recommend.Parking: In a shopping mall

Maybe the worst food I have ever had from any restaurant. The chicken in my General Tso's was tough and 90% breading. The sauce was supposed to be medium hot, but was completely void of spice and not very flavorful other than being very sweet. Also ordered Pork Egg Rolls which were oily, overcooked and simply tasted bad. Complete waste of money, do not order from Flaming Wok.

They weren't very expensive, shop owner was nice and the clerk was amazing, gave us extra food as well, and it was free!! Made sure we were taken care of and happy, along with being well fed for the money we paid!Vegetarian options: They are very diverse in there food choices, with plenty of all vegetables dishes, and all the dishes come with veggies, unless you get something like shrimp RangoonsKid-friendliness: Well your able to bring in a new born baby, I did, it wasn't too loud or smoky or gross!
