The spring rolls and smoothies here are always tasty and the prices Tuy charges for her food is probably the lowest in Madison! Great quality HUGE vietnamese spring rolls and fresh smoothies. While all other food carts are mighty expensive for the quantity. And Tuy is also the sweetest lady! It is the worth the wait to eat there! Fresh cool drinks never disappoints. I don't know what most of us students would do without her generosity and care!

This food truck is the heart and soul of Madison locals. It is sooo incredibly good and I'm willing to wait hours (and it is sometimes hours) for this spring roll and smoothie.
The smoothies have a variety of flavors and sizes and feel like they are made fresh and not from weird juice boxes. I got the strawberry, mango, kiwi flavor. $3
The spring roll is hand made in the truck and SOO good. It is about the size of your head. I got the shrimp with medium spiced sauce (some spice that sits on the tongue but not too much where I have a hard time). I would highly recommend this food truck and if you have the time, wait. The spring roll is only $6.
The owner is so incredibly sweet and kind. She works almost every day and I'm so lucky to work so close.

Always fresh, filling, affordable, and delicious. The lady who serves up these ginormous rolls is also very kind and friendly, so it’s quite enjoyable chatting with her if she doesn’t have a line of people that’s 20+ deep which is fairly common during warmer seasons.
