Disappointing. We’re huge fans of Vietnamese rice noodle bowls and spring rolls - so got a tofu salad and chicken salad. It was fresh but didn’t have much taste. Sauce was made of sriracha and ketchup and there was barley any rice noodles in the dish. Got a guava and mango juice for $5 and asked if it was freshly made, she said yes, but it clearly was not (tasted like a Costco tropical fruit juice). For Madison it was over priced and at one point the lady told us we didn’t pay when we already had, her colleague had to remind her we paid.

Please come by if you ever stop by University of Wisconsin, or in Madison. Got an avacado, mango, coconut smoothie, and pork spring roll. The spring roll, the size of a burrito, and larger then my head. Different then a traditional spring roll, one being size, another having additions such as avocado which I believe definitely enhanced my experience. Smoothie was light and creamy. It was about $6 which is pretty standard pricing I see for smoothies. Tasted tropical and decadent all at the same time. Very refreshing especially with the summer heat. The stand was being run by one person hand making everything. So a bit of a wait once a line starts but worth the wait. And the value was great. Paid less ~13 and was too full to even finish everything.

The roll is giant!!It is a really good deal with only $5 each.I had beef, pork, and shrimp rolls. All of them are with good amount of meat, veggies, and rice noodle. Personally I think the most tasty part is the red sauce, a bit spicy and sweet, really opens up the appetite. Highly recommended!

This place is AMAZING. The spring rolls are huge and packed with veggies! So many different fresh fruit smoothies as well. The line is 1000% worth the wait. Would eat here daily if I could!!

On this #ThankYouThursday, I want to give a huge shoutout to my favorite food cart in Madison. I've been buying their smoothies and spring rolls for the last 12 years, and they're still the best in town. The fruit is always fresh, the portions are HUGE, and they're super cheap too. I honestly don't know how they make a profit, especially with today's inflation. My personal favorite is the strawberry, peach, and mango smoothie. Even my partner, who dislikes drinking juice or anything other than water, is a big fan!
