I've got some weird food allergies, and I usually make most of my own food. Being sick today, my husband put in an order, trying to get something I could eat. In the comments, he specified my issues as well and said if it couldn't be accommodated to call. Unbeknownst to him, he ordered sauces that contained my allergens. But Mell took the time and noticed that. Mell replaced those sauces with two that would be safe for me and left a note explaining what they were.Thank you so much for wonderful, safe food on a day when I really needed it. You are so appreciated.

I had a bowl of rice, with chicken jalapenos, edamame, and other vegies. I forgot to mention that I am GF, and there were breaded onion rings on top. I asked for another bowl, only GF, intending on giving my original bowl to someone else, and paying for another bowl. They said no, made me a GF bowl at no charge. The food was delicious, I ordered a large, it was alot, and could not finish it.Dietary restrictions: GF, vegetarian, or whatever, they make it work!

A bit expensive for what you get. Portion sizes are smaller than at equivalent fast/casual restaurants, and service is slow. I've had both take out and dine in at two different locations. The food is fine, but if I really want poke and have other choices? I'll take them. If I want a fancy salad? There's far better available for a better price. It's not bad, mind you... It's just quite pricy for a compromise option.

Excellent and fresh quality ingredients! After extensive international travel, I find that having the nutritious Freshfin ingredients helps me get back on track to a healthy diet.
I ordered online pickup when I was ten minutes away and it was ready when I got there. I got a Mango Tango with salmon and it was delicious! Great atmosphere with friendly staff! A little expensive but worth getting!
