Been working for Frito Lay for almost 25 years and been coming out of this DC for almost 18 years. Good people, have had alot of turnover the past few years so alot of newer wharehouse people.
We do not get paid by commission any more, it is a salary/performance based pay which is by far better than straight commission.
Basically, if your not making money then you aren't a salesman and this job isn't for you.

Worked here, they promise you the world but don't pay out. They make u sell chips like cheeto pretzels and then make you buy them back out of your commission... you work so hard for very little return greedily promised. Forcing you to sell things that obviously won't sell and slamming your commission to the ground. This use to be a great job when my grandfather and uncle worked her till big corporate got greedy and found ways to cheet us out of making a decent living blaming us for there bad marketing and mistakes . So sad what big corporate will do now days. U WiLL NOT MAKE WHAT IS PROMISED ! That is a promise!! Just work here and find out.

This place is a terrible place to work. Avoid at all costs. Unsafe to work for and literally slave labor. Forcing you to answer the phone on your days off and constantly pushing you to work harder and harder with no extra pay. Threatening to fire you almost everyday. I was injured at work and they told me not to take my medication so i could drive for them. This place is not good for your health. Last person to work here (whom i took over for) committed suicide!

Great people I got here early. It's a small place so they moved a trailer that was in the way out & got me in a dock. Quick unload & cool dudes there. Thanks guys for getting me back on the road.
