a good spot for hotpot. if you have not done hotpot before, its nice to go with someone who has, but basically you order broth flavors, and things to cook in them. fyi when they say a broth is spicy, believe it!.

This is a pretty cool place where you can put nearly anything you want into a boiling pot of broth.

My wife and I went on a date and were confused greatly how it worked. When the server came with a menu, we wanted to take our time to understand (there was a bit of a language barrier), but she was insisting that we select something. The tension led to laughter when we realized all we had to do was select a broth.

Then a chef came with a large pot of broth and we were ready to go.

We had to order everything on our phone I was not a big fan of that.

The food came out on a robot, that was cool.

It was expensive. Meal for two was about $85.

The staff were very nice, and it was overall a good time, but other than the pork bone broth which I highly recommend, the other broths we got (spicy marrow and mushroom) were both kind of underwhelming in terms of the depth of flavor and were not nearly salty enough for a soup made to cook things in. I did add fish sauce, soy sauce, and salt, and that did make it significantly better.

We go to ayce hotpot at least once a week back home. This place is really good. Best effort I have seen put into making the broth and they add matching broth, instead of hot water or a basic broth, throughout your meal. The staff was VERY nice. Service was good and speedy. Bottled water and pop is included. They have some different items on the menu that were nice. We wish we lived closer to enjoy this place more often.

I have been here three times now and will be back at least three more times!! This place is sooo yummy. One of my favorite korean foods to eat is bulgogi. I have been missing eating my grandma's homemade korean food as she is from Seoul and this almost* fully scratches the itch. With your meal you get unlimited access to soda cans, water bottles, a sauce station, and ice cream! There is even a cute little robot that comes and brings you your food. I also got some soju on the side, how could I not?!
